We had a wonderful experience during the entire trip. Our tour manager, Ozzy, was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and provided many insights into various parts of our trip. We couldn’t ask for a better tour manager. Our driver, Manuel, was exceptional and maneuvered our bus in tight quarters that seemed impossible. They were both very personable, professional and friendly. The only disappointment we had was with the lack of storage space (drawers and hangers/closet) in the rooms of the last two hotels we stayed at.

This was a super trip. It was just disappointing that our final accommodation was so far from the Pacific Ocean/beach. From the trip notes, it sounded like we would be by the sea as we were on the Caribbean coast. I was so looking forward to spending our last nights by the coast.

Great trip ! Highly recommend for adventure lovers. Pushed me out of my comfort zone with the zip line and rafting. Be prepared for intense heat , bring sun protection clothing and lots of sunscreen. Good shoes are a must.

The tour was great! Lots of jungle walks and boat rides. Food was very good, fruit was fresh and delicious! Would have liked more time to explore villages , away from hotels. Would have liked more complimentary adult beverages, some hotel prices were to o high for drinks. A complimentary cap or bag would have been nice too. All in all a fun adventure for all!
