Upon arrival at Juan Santamaria Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative. Receive the information package that contains your travel itinerary in detail, vouchers for services and other important documents related to your trip.

Travel north, where the Arenal Volcano is located, while learning more about Costa Rica from the representative. Ask questions if you want to. You are free upon checking in at the hotel. You may utilize your time by going out to explore La Fortuna.

Start the day by admiring the view of Arenal rainforest from treetops as you walk across its hanging bridges. The trails formed by the hanging bridges roughly span 2 miles in length. Visit the breathtaking La Fortuna Waterfall next.

Put on your bathing suits to swim in the cool waters of the pools formed by the waterfall if you want to. Enjoy a traditional Costa Rican lunch of delicious casado at a local restaurant. Get the chance to see the majestic Arenal Volcano while taking a leisurely nature walk with an experienced guide in Arenal Volcano National Park. Learn more about different species of flora and fauna as well as volcanic activities in the area from your tour guide.

Start your journey to the Nicoya Peninsula in the morning. Drive past farmlands and forests as you go down to the coast. A ferry will be waiting to take you to the peninsula at the beach. Spend an hour exploring the peninsula. You might get the chance to see a variety of marine creatures, including dolphins, turtles and stingrays on the peninsula. Arrive at your hotel in the afternoon. You are free for the remainder of the day.

Board a comfortable boat in Bahia Ballena early in the morning. Enjoy a relaxing cruise while watching sea birds and other creatures as you make your way to Curu Nature Reserve. Land on the beach that falls within the reserve and hit the trail that travels through a dense rainforest. See a variety of wild animals.

Board the boat again and sail to Tortuga Island. Enjoy a stroll on the island's white sand beach. You also have the option of renting kayaks and other water-sport equipment if you want to.

Your next destination is the Pochote Mangroves. Try spotting various wild animals and birds as your boat glides on the calm waters of the mangroves. The boat will take you back to the hotel after the short mangrove safari is over.

Travel to San Jose, where you will spend your last night of this tour, after breakfast. Check in at your centrally located hotel in the city upon arrival. You are free to explore the city on your own after that.

Say goodbye to the beautiful Costa Rica and its people. It is time to travel back home and reunite with your family and friends. In Costa Rica, you must reach the airport 3 hours prior to the departure time. One of our drivers will pick you up from the hotel and drive you to the international airport.
