Costa Rica Tours in November 2026

Even though we had some bad luck due to external reasons, we had an amazing time and we really got to see the best of what Costa Rica and her people have to offer.

Great trip but itinerary could be improved. Only one night in Saraquipi in a lovely lodge which would have been better for 2 nights. One night in Arenal would have been sufficient. Will still use Explore in the future and recommend

The Geluxe trip was just that, luxurious. However, It might not be the best way to experience the local culture as we eat and sleep at very nice hotels. If you don?t want to get out of your bubble and truly experience a different culture, the inclusive options allow for that.

This was one of the most amazing trips I have ever taken. The hotels, the food, the excursions were amazing along with our fearless guide. I?d do the whole thing over again.

This was an excellent trip! Our guide, Camilo, was brilliant - very knowledgeable about all nature - wildlife, birds and plants, as well as Costa Rica history and culture. He read the group really well, and was able to recommend tours he thought we'd enjoy. The driver, Miguel, was also great - very professional and experienced on the zig-zag roads and occasional muddy trail! We saw so much wildlife! I would highly recommend the trip to anyone interested in nature, I absolutely loved it!

Camilo was an amazing guide and Miguel a brilliant driver. The tour went like clockwork and we did some great wildlife spotting. Nothing seemed too much trouble for Camilo or Miguel. The only thing I would change is to make the white water rafting as an optional extra and replace it with the trip to CATIE and or the river safari float that was excellent. This was, after all, a wildlife tour. So many highlights, and in all we had a great time. Thank you.
