over all experience was very good. the tour guides namely Miss Sophia, Miss Ysolda, Mr Gorka Mr Raid are very reliable and took good care of our safety and the group. especially Miss Ysolda , there was a time when an old Indian couple got lost in the train terminal in Zurich, they are not from our group but Ysolda help them find their way and reunited with their group. Mr Raid was so funny , energetic very nice to be with during long drive. Lastly During the City Bus Tour, each country i was hoping that we might be given a time to go down the bus to have some decent photos, but its ok i understand as we are in a Big Group. Hotels, transport and guides were generally effective and reliable. Europe is wonderful, so you cant fail to please.

One unpleasant experience. Our Mumbai-Paris flight reached Paris around 7:45 pm. I got WhatsApp message from your cab driver Adel B. at 8:41 am that he is waiting for us outside airport. It took us 30-40 minutes to reach immigration queue where 500 passengers were in the queue. I was constantly informing Adel about long queue and slow immigration. Finally we got immigration clearance, collected luggage and came out at 10:00. But he already left without us. I called him several times and sent several messages. But he did not respond. Finally we paid 68 Euros to a cab to reach hotel. We had already paid this expenses in our booking. But we paid double as the cab driver did not wait for us. Its a common experience at Paris airport to need at least 90-120 minutes to teach immigration vqueue, immigration clearance and collect luggage. You should send your driver considering this delay and ask him to wait till we come out of airport. We want you to return our 68 Euros.

Our tour guide Silvia Asensio was excellent. She is customer delight. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

The tour leaders were professional. They were firm but helpfuland accommodating.

Our tour guides Joana and Gabby were very knowledgeable about each place that were visiting. Gabby was very accommodating even after our time with her was over, she still manages to look after us. Would like to suggest better choices of hotels, tours were great but some of the hotels are old and worn down.

Good tour. A bit hectic but well managed. Hotel choice on peak dates was poor like in Zurich and Florence during Christmas and New Year. Guides were good. Isabelle was very good of the lot and gave family like feeling.

I liked the all travel arrangements and we had a great time .all was executed as planned .only one minor drawback was my last day in Rome the itinerary was not mentioned clearly by local europamundo team but it was explained in Italy we managed to join in..overall I will recommend it to others. Good job

I found the trip very fun because of our tour guides, Ms. Sofia Bucho and Ms. Gaby. They are very accommodating and informative. And same goes with other tourists, they are all friendly and cooperative. I loved and enjoyed the trip. Thank you. 9786;
