Egypt is astonishing. So much history and so much of it is the precursor to the modern western world which makes the history so much more vivid and real. The Wonders of Egypt tour gives an excellent introduction to Egypt and includes many of the best sites from the gentle comfort of a Nile riverboat. The highly educated and experienced tour guides work hard to make sure you have every opportunity to get the most from the tour.

This was an amazing experience. Definitely the trip of a lifetime. Would encourage anyone who loves history and has been hankering about Eqypt to try it for yourself. We loved it for the ease of travel and comfort while exploring the immense history and attractions of Eqypt. The cruise made a big difference to us. We travelled to all the attractions in different locations without having to pack and unpack every day as you would if you were to travel on land. In addition, we knew roughly the cost outlay for this trip because the bulk of our travel and meals were on the cruise ship. Food on the ship was good and the room was adequately comfortable. The only thing is we wished that the trip included a visit to Bazaar Khan El Khalili. It is a highlight of Cairo but we did not get a chance to view this market. A point of note is that food in Eqypt is relatively cheap even in swanky places serving Eqyptian food. We had grilled seafood, cooked to order for less than USD50 including tips and drinks for 4 of us in Alexandria. A meal of quail, soup, kofta, salad and rice in downtown Cairo with music costs less than USD10 per person. A pizza and a drink in the Grand Eqyptian Museum costs less than USD15. So if anyone tells u that a local meal is USD20 for kofta, tahini, **** bread, rice and grilled chicken, beware.

Your leader was superb- very knowledgeable, patient and interesting with a great sense of humour. He went above and beyond at times. The trip notes were misleading about the White Lady Paintings walk. It is not a flat walk at all. The Makuti lodge was disappointing after the previous one. It was soulless. The Christmas dinner was a bone of contention as it was expensive and there were no other options

Waleed was an amazing guide! He is what made the trip so special. He speaks perfect English, is so knowledgeable, he kept the kids engaged, and he shared his passion for Egypt- social, cultural, and historical . Thank you Waleed for making Egypt so memorable for both the kids and their parents. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ali was an excellent guide with huge knowledge and a superb ability to explain. Accommodation was excellent and different at every stop. Your office staff were superbly helpful and kind when I made a mistake. We will be booking our next trip soon!

This was a great opportunity to see some peaceful and very green areas of South Africa and Eswatini with a wonderful guide who made the whole experience work well. He was always smiling, informative and well organised and the group responded well to this. Travelling long distances and making proper long safaris inevitably involves sitting in vehicles. This was interspersed with mountain walking and sea swimming. I could have done more of the latter but the trip was as described.
