This was an amazing experience. Definitely the trip of a lifetime. Would encourage anyone who loves history and has been hankering about Eqypt to try it for yourself. We loved it for the ease of travel and comfort while exploring the immense history and attractions of Eqypt. The cruise made a big difference to us. We travelled to all the attractions in different locations without having to pack and unpack every day as you would if you were to travel on land. In addition, we knew roughly the cost outlay for this trip because the bulk of our travel and meals were on the cruise ship. Food on the ship was good and the room was adequately comfortable. The only thing is we wished that the trip included a visit to Bazaar Khan El Khalili. It is a highlight of Cairo but we did not get a chance to view this market. A point of note is that food in Eqypt is relatively cheap even in swanky places serving Eqyptian food. We had grilled seafood, cooked to order for less than USD50 including tips and drinks for 4 of us in Alexandria. A meal of quail, soup, kofta, salad and rice in downtown Cairo with music costs less than USD10 per person. A pizza and a drink in the Grand Eqyptian Museum costs less than USD15. So if anyone tells u that a local meal is USD20 for kofta, tahini, **** bread, rice and grilled chicken, beware.

Egypt is a country that has truly stolen my heart. With its incredibly rich history and breathtaking landscapes, it's a destination that I would love to revisit. Our tour directors, particularly , were exceptional - their knowledge and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. I was impressed by unique approach, using a notebook to illustrate key points, earning him the nickname "the professor." The Nile cruise was a highlight of the trip, with friendly staff and crew members, delicious food, and lovely afternoon tea and lunch on the deck. The Wonders of Egypt trip was truly unforgettable!

There was so much to be seen and so much to learn. It was a good balance of activity and downtime and not as rushed as a shorter timeline would have been. Our travel director, Hani Atta, was both professional and personable. He did a great job explaining daily itineraries and what to expect every step of the way.

Excellent

I almost didn’t book this trip, thinking I’d be “too old for a cruise tour” or that it would be rushed, crowded, or filled with too much sightseeing and not enough space to breathe. But let me tell you, this tour completely changed my mind. It wasn’t just doable it was deeply enjoyable. Everything was thoughtfully organized, accessible, and paced just right for someone like me in my early 60s who still loves to explore but isn’t looking to be on the go from dawn to dusk without a pause. We traveled as a group yes but it never felt like we were being shuffled from one place to the next. There was enough structure to feel secure and taken care of but also these little pockets of stillness that I didn’t expect... a quiet cup of coffee on the cruise deck while the Nile slowly moved past even a moment of meditation I did on my own by the river. Those little moments made all the difference. The temples were something else. Edfu and Philae in particular struck me, not just because of their size or detail, but their presence. There’s a certain quiet power in these places that you only feel by standing there in person. And then of course the Grand Pyramids. I thought I’d seen them already in books and documentaries, but being there… it gave me chills. There’s something about seeing them up close that stirs something ancient and humbling in you. I came home with more than just photos...I came back with a sense of connection to something much bigger than myself. This tour wasn’t just a vacation. It was an experience that touched me deeply, at just the right pace, and reminded me that it’s never too late to feel wonder again.

This tour was one of the most interesting and unique adventures I have ever had. The hotels were wonderful, especially the beautiful Marriott resort at the Dead Sea. Both guides in Egypt and Jordan were knowledgeable and extremely competent. My only suggestion concerns the ship on the Nile which seemed a bit past it's prime and not up to the standard I expected.

Since I was little, I dreamed of visiting these historic sites. It was a unique experience. I think all the places I visited left me with beautiful memories. I really enjoyed it. The tourist guides were very patient in giving us the best they could so we could enjoy the trip. Thank you for giving me this unique experience.
