Bal, my guide, and Nima, my porter, were wonderful throughout my solo 12 days hike to Poon Hill, ABC, and Mardi Himal. They both took great care of me, were always ahead on what was upcoming on our itinerary, and booked places that had excellent hospitality, food, and rooms. The trek to Annapurna Base Camp was an unforgettable experience, full of breathtaking landscapes and moments I'll carry with me forever. We did this trip with Nomad, a Portuguese travel agency that organized everything with great care and professionalism. On the ground, we were guided by the amazing local team from Unique Adventure International - big thank you to them for making everything run so smoothly. Our main guide, Dev, was always professional, very kind, Nepali teacher, and fun to be around. Nima, one of the porters, stood out for being constantly present and willing to help - often accompanied the group with a calm, confident energy that made a big difference. Suman, also a porter, was a huge help throughout the trek, and Suzan, our photographer, captured some incredible moments and added great energy to the group. Dhanyavada to all the other porters! It was a truly special journey, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves nature, culture, and adventure.
