A very fast paced trip. Our guide and driver were exceptional . We saw a lot of Italy and learned a lot about its history and culture. Hotels were nice; food was excellent.
Amazing trip!! We saw so much in 7 days - we could never have done as much without the expert guidance and well - paced itinerary of this tour!
Very busy week with lots of movement but well worth it as we saw everything we wanted to see.
This was a great seven day vacation. The tour was organized extremely well with lots of opportunity to see the main landmarks of some key cities in Italy. There is a lot of walking, but it is very well planned out. The food is incredible and your guide ensures you have authentic cuisine and not the tourist trap restaurant type. It was wonderful to be able to skip the waiting lines for the Major attractions. It’s so wonderful that local guides are used in each location. The bus is clean and the driver very skilled our tour guide was exceptional. The hotels are located, conveniently near where you need to be.
Hi Trafalgar, My family and friends 17 of us joined the Italian Holiday trip on 21 December. What I love about the trip 1. Gratitude for the Vincenzo the driver in keeping us and belongings safe during the journey. Special shout out for his extraordinary efforts in helping a disabled member in getting up and down the bus. And always around to land a helping hand at all times 2. Special thanks to the Giuseppe for his service and getting us to/from places, amidst a comprehensive itinerary. 3. Local guides for bringing the places to live with their historical knowledge. It would be great if we had more time at the Vatican City as we only have had 5-10mins in Sistine Chapel in a tightly packed room. What we hope to be better: 1. Hotels and restaurants. The quality and choice could be better, II cantinco in Rome and Novotel in Venice are not the choices that Trafalgar should consider as quality standards of accommodation. 2. optional local tours - nice to have however added costs of the full tour. Hope this feedback brings value to you and future tours. Inessa
