The perfect organization. Schedules, excellent coordination. Very short Pompeii visit. The hotel in Sorrento Vesuvio and Florence are very good. Too bad they don't tell you that you have to pay for drinks at 4 euros. They must warn that they do not include drinks with meals.

Dobbiaco was a tremendous centre and the Park Hotel Bellevue was everything that we would have wanted. The guidance notes for the walks were excellent and each of the itineraries gave us a different view of the Dolomites from rolling pastures to jagged peaks. I would unreservedly recommend the holiday.

The 12 Day European Tour was an adventure from the very first day. What a fantastic tour to get a taste of all the different countries and cities. Yes it can feel like long hours on a bus. And yes, it can feel really rushed. And yes, there are many early mornings and late evenings. But what other vacation would you be able to visit 7 different countries in less than two weeks. This can't necessarily be called a vacation but if you're looking to get a sample of different places, see the biggest sites and make some great friends then this is the tour for you! Not only was the itinerary great but so was our tour leader and bus driver. From Day One 1 Aileen was able to set our expectations, keep the entire group up to date on what we would experience and how the day was going to go. She was extremely informative during the entire tour, throwing in tidbits of history and knowledge, layering in recommendations on where and how we could spend our free time at each of our stops. Extremely positive and happy, and handled an unwell passenger with confidence and calmness that made the situation less dramatic than it could have been. My next tour I will definitely be trying to plan to see if I can join another tour with her as the leader! Anyone worried about the drive, if your bus driver is Josh, you've got nothing to worry about! Experienced, extremely good at his job and never ever had anything else but a smile to greet us. These two together are an extreme powerhouse!! What a great experience for our first land tour and definitely not our last!!
