Completing the Camino was an amazing experience. Would recommend to anyone.
Everything went well - from the transfers, luggage transfers, accommodations to walking along well marked trails.
The daily distances were too much for me. My limit was 15-20km per day. I developed tendinitis in my right knee and eventually in my left knee. For older persons the distances need to be more realistic….
The French Camino was excellent. It exceeded my expectations. Fantastic scenery, great to build my friendship.
The organisation was excellent, as was the daily standard of accommodation and bag transfer.
Luggage transfer was great and on time. Some meals were repetitive. Some 1star hotels were great, some 3 -4 star were below expectations
Absolutely fantastic, would use again, excellent accommodation and service.
The Camino was fantastic. The accommodations were as I expected: simple, clean, efficient, and well-managed. I did not expect anything special. However, there were two days when we opted to take a break at a nice hotel and it also met my expectations.
Communication during the booking process was excellent, very responsive. Accommodation was excellent, the less stars a hotel possessed the more gracious the hosts. Luggage transfers excellent. In retrospect I would not book so many 30+ km days. On a couple of occasions it was not clear that dinner was not included.
While there were glitches with my route books, overall I am pleased with my Camino experience booked with UTracks.
The trip surpassed all expectations, though that does not mean that there were not some hiccups. The hiccups were related to taxi transfer (one night we did not know that we were to make arrangements for a trip transfer) and dinner (one night it had not been confirmed with the place that we were staying that we had pre-paid for a dinner). Everything did eventually get ironed out, but that's why I'd say "hiccup."
Our Camino was a great experience and the organisation and accommodation of our trip was excellent, our luggage was there at all our accommodation as we arrived and the rooms in most cases were comfortable, the evening meals were always filling and the breakfast were great the mornings that we decided to wait till they opened and on some occasions the motels would pack us a picnic bag so we could get away early I would definitely use them again when contemplating another trip like this.
Our accommodation was good, bags picked up regularly & transported to the next destination without pickup.
The company were great! Awesome accommodation, seamless luggage transfer management and very responsive when we needed to contact them.
Everything went as planned. Daily bag delivery was spot on. Didn't enjoy the 4 star hotels as much as the lesser. All in all above expectation.
