This trip was unbelievably smooth. The representative met us at the airport, dropped us off at the hotel, the tours started and stopped two blocks away. The tours were on time and exactly as described. The only issue was the booking. I corresponded about the availability dates due to holidays, booked the trip only to be messaged a couple days later that the dates were not possible. Had to rebook the trip and the flights. But, the representative was helpful in adjusting the package to meet my new schedule.
