Mediterranean Highlights

The Mediterranean Highlights tour was an absolutely wonderful experience. Traveled solo and celebrated my 80th birthday on the trip. Tour director was great. She was informative, helpful and thorough with attention to detail along with being fun Bus driver was amazing and faced many challenges in tight places. I thought the itinerary was well designed and included many must sees.

Lots of wonderful places were included in the itinerary all the true highlights!! It was truly remarkable!!

Restaurants included were sub par and not good quality food Im italian and the ones in italy were some of the worst Also novotel hotel was awful the shower wouldn't drain properly and safes didn't work amd power went out 2x on our floor This is my second trip eith trafalgar better value for money a few years ago I found trafalgar cur corners and too many excursions should have been included and we're optional at our expense Also local toyr guide in Madrid Kept saying tourists are responsible for Spaniards not being able to buy homes and not being able to shop in areas close to city mainly to accommodate.ldatr tourists .

This is a rigorous, but glorious trip. Lots of hills to climb and steps. We prepared two months physically for this trip. A note informing people about the physical requirement would be helpful.

When doing own time during the day, options or suggestions could be given to make the most of this time. Having a street map would also help. Not all tourists have access to google maps without free wifi access. Consecutive one night stays can become tiring. A tip would be to prepare for free time before the tour.

Madrid inside palace tour should be added

Our tour director was super cool and excellent. She is very efficient and attended to our needs immediately. She goes out of her way to help us plan our extra days in the cities where we extended our stays. Our drivers and were very experienced and we felt very safe in their capable hands. We'll definitely recommend Trafalgar to our friends and family. Thank you and for a wonderful vacation.

I am very pleased with all the staff and so happy with the great journey throughout the Mediterranean. It was a joyful trip where I learned the history of every site that I visited. The attention that director and driver gave to the group was so genuine. They are very well-educated and well-prepared for this type of experience. Excellent customer service from both of them. Well planned itinerary. Excellent travel director and driver . I wanted to do this tour for quite sometime. And I am so happy I did it. The trip was fun. I love all the places we visited, from rich history, architecture, charming towns to scenic views. Amazing and memorable experience!
