Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome package containing information about the territory and the proposals for your visits in the next few days. The package will come with all the vouchers regarding the services included in the tour.
Dinner is booked in a characteristic restaurant in La Spezia where you will be offered a menu with typical specialties of the area.The local cuisine comes out with its creativity and typical dishes, such as: ‘minestrone’ – the famous vegetarian soup, ‘ravioli’- stuffed pasta, ‘baccalà’- salt cod, and ‘frittelle di baccalà’- salted codfishs fritters, ‘panissa’- fried sticks of chickpea flour, ‘castagnaccio’ – a cheastnut flour cake and not at least ‘torta di riso’- rice cake. Other casual dishes include skewers of veal, mushrooms, artichokes, rabbit, lamb and poultry.
