The process from finding the tour we wanted to take to getting set up for the tour was an easy process. The other reviews we saw gave us the security of using their website to book our trip. The only item we missed which would have given a 5* was the trip did not include see the Alps up close or a train trip. Well maybe next time there may be one and we would definitely take that trip.

The Peru half of the tour is fantastic. Machu Picchu, including the train journey and Lake Titicaca were the highlights. The organization, local guides and tour leader were the best and they made a full itinerary easy and smooth.
The second half of the tour which included Chile, Argentina and Brazil fell a bit flat apart from Iguassu Falls from both the Argentinian and Brazil sides. Chile, Santiago was not a nice city and none of the places visited were interesting. It could have been easily skipped and the extra days split between Argentina and Brazil.
