It was amazing!! but very fast paced with early starts to fit everything into the day with a lot of walking. I thoroughly enjoyed it but not for the faint hearted or someone wanting some personal time. Highly recommend Trafalgar tours professional, friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed.

Our recent journey on the European Dream Tour was truly unforgettable for me and my husband especially being our first time travel to Europe as a couple. From the very beginning, everything was wonderfully organized, making it the perfect experience for first-time travelers. Our tour director and our driver were an outstanding duo—professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. Their guidance helped us feel at ease and fully enjoy each destination without worry. made every ride smooth and comfortable, while our dear went above and beyond to ensure everyone knew what to expect each day. The hotels exceeded expectations with excellent comfort, great locations, and warm service, making each stay a pleasure. The itinerary although packed and busy struck the best balance between sightseeing, free time, and cultural experiences. Every day was thoughtfully planned, allowing us to experience the best highlights feeling fulfilled at each end of day. Overall, this tour offered a wonderful way to see Europe while feeling cared for throughout the journey. We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to travel abroad. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless, enriching, and memorable experience!

Was an amazing tour, Best tour, guide and driver! So much beauty, and our guide was so knowledgeable and helpful! Bern was so much fun to travel with., Excellent in every way! Had a wonderful group of new friends, so much fun! I would definitely book another trip through you all. Well, taken care of throughout! Loved it all❤️❤️

Best way to acquaint yourself with Europe if you are a first time traveler. Lots of early mornings however there is not much you need to think about because Trafalgar takes care of the details. All you need to do is show up on time! Quality of hotels were good, however some of the hotels are away from the city center i.e. not within walking distance. An additional day in Paris and Lucerne would have made the trip even better but it was still an overall good experience.

That it is a whirlwind tour, be on your toes and ready to go! Most of all enjoy the trip

It was a DREAM! Amazing sights, things to do, experiences were wonderful! We would have benefited from more “little village spots” similar to the Imperial Europe tour rather than so many roadside stops. Going to Switzerland and France was way tooooo long on the coach, having little town spots for limited hours would have made the itinerary much better! Too long of coach time would be my one and only complaint about this trip, consider finding little villages to take up that time!

This trip was fantastic! Having planned several Euro trips myself it was perfect to sit back and relax on this one. Our Tour director managed to fit in as much of the highlights of each city as we could in the limited time we had. His expert knowledge allowed us to see some hidden gems and immerse ourself in the local culture. It’s the perfect trip for someone wanting a taste of those cities or a solo traveller. It’s not a good trip if you are unfit, want a laidback/relaxed look at the cities. If you want ample time for shopping. But it’s a 10/10 trip if you expect to be fast paced, don’t mind occasional long travel days, and want to be shown the highlights of each city with an expert guide as well as some hidden gems. My favourite part was sitting back and relaxing while all the planning was done for me.

It was very insightful and well organised. Everything was always on time. The tour guides were so good! And our Travel Director was excellent. Very good hotels we stayed in.

Very good value for money bringing us close to the centre of cities and informative about the sites and icons. Lots of tourists in July so the Vox was great to listen to the guide. Optional activities seemed expensive and varied in value- the best was Villa Machiavelli and the poorest for the food was the Coloseum Roman Dinner and we bit the bullet for the Moulin Rouge experience and glad we did! All the hotels were fine especially as we had time at the Crown Plaza to cool off in the pool! The least enjoyable was the one near Venice- very busy and noisy! But overall with our excellent driver and tour leader who was very helpful and fun , it was a great holiday

This was a very fast-paced itinerary and we would do it again. My wife and I were enamoured by the efficiency of the staff and the way our guide kept us on time to each destination.

The itinerary was great. It was fast-paced, but we got to see and do far more than we would have trying to visit all of these places without going on a tour. We did all of the excursions and they were all well worth the cost. If you are trying to see the main tourist highlights in Italy, Switzerland and Paris in a short time, I highly recommend this tour.

It’s a very well-structured trip. We like how much can be included in a short amount of time. Unfortunately, we had to book the Coliseum and Vatican Museum tours on our own. They were not included on this trip. In addition, they did not include a trip up to the Eiffel Tower. This all seems like it should have been included. My tour guide was very good. I’m sure the missing pieces were not due to him.

Great itinerary to explore it’s a European Dream, I also love the flexibility and personable service. Our Tour Director was awesome and such a great driver. Thank you both for making this one of our most memorable and meaningful experiences we will always cherish. Definitely will share to others friends, family and colleagues.

Very nice itinerary. Excellent tour leader (). Somewhat difficult to know how to plan your own side-trips as tour schedule is not well published ahead of time. Hotels were generally good, but not luxurious. Some had AC problems. I would recommend this tour as a great introduction to a number of important European towns.

Several cities to visit in a short period of time. It gives you an idea of where you may want to return at another time. However, it is fast-paced. I wouldn't recommend it for seniors for that reason. It's a lot of walking and very few places to sit If you need to rest.

THE ITINERARY IS GOOD THERE JUST WASN'T ENOUGH TIME. ALWAY RUSHING, NOT ENOUTH TIME TO EAT AND A LOT OF TRAVEL TIME. DEFINITELY SHOOUD SPEND AT LEAST TWO NIGHTS AT EACH PLACE. THE GUIDE WAS FANTASTIC!!! WAS A "FILL-IN" FOR ORIGINAL GUIDE

It’s one of the fastest ways to see 3 European countries- 8 days for Rome, Florence, Venice, Lucerne, and Paris. Hotels are 3-4 stars and we travelled via a luxurious bus, accompanied by a very experienced (and hilarious) travel director and an excellent driver.

A fast-paced and very memorable visit to history-rich Rome, beautiful Florence, romantic Venice, very relaxing Lucerne, and bustling Paris. That very short eight-day trip surely opened for us another door to future visits to Europe.

The European Dream had a great itinerary for an introduction to countries and cities I have not yet traveled to. The local specialists in each of the cities were excellent and the excursions were well thought out. , our tour director was accommodating and tended to whatever we needed and adjusted plans as necessary while still making the most of our time. Our driver, was amazing! The coach was spacious and always tidy. It was my first group tour and I look forward to booking my next trip with Trafalgar!

It was fast, but really allowed you to get a taste of each city. A lot was packed into each city, whether it was part of the tour or an added excursion. Highly recommend this tour.

Great itinerary if you only have 7-8 days of vacation time. This a great trip to squeeze as much of Europe as possible into a short time frame.

It was a great tour! We saw so much and learned a ton.

Be prepared for not a lot of togetherness with the other bus passengers until you do all the optional excursions. If you have as a ‘tour director’, then be prepared for major disappointment.

Overall great way to see 4 countries, including Vatican City, in 8 days. Lots of sites and experiences. Tour guide and bus driver were caring, knowledgeable, and particular with their tasks. Would have preferred more of a semi- private Paris Seine River cruise experience like Venice but all others experiences were well spaced and less crowded to be able to enjoy much better.

Hotel rooms were a disappointment especially Venice. 10 hour bus ride instead of train also bad use of time. Lots of information by guides was nice and bus driver was excellent. No time to shop was a disappointment. The hotel rooms for the additional days in Rome and Paris were much better booked by the travel agent. I probably won't be using Trafalgar again.

The itinerary was very well-curated and jam-packed—in the best way! We got a great taste of each location, and was absolutely superb—knowledgeable, warm, and incredibly organized. One note: the stop in Tuscany felt a bit too touristy, especially with the unexpected wait at the jewelry store, which took away from the overall vibe and made the walking tour feel a little rushed. That said, the scenery was stunning, and the overall trip was a beautiful experience I’ll never forget.

Wear good shoes abdbring water bottle. Educated guide, felt safe and comfortable coach bus.

We had an amazing time on this opportunity of a lifetime. It’s the perfect “sampler” trip that left us wanting more! The sights were amazing and our tour guide was the absolute best. It’s a very fast paced trip, we did not have down time, but that is what we LOVE. We want to see all that we can possibly see on our trips. Our guide and driver navigated every single place like absolute pros and helped us learn so much about each and every place we visited, and we visited a TON of places. We will be back for sure!! Awesome overall look at fabulous cities. Tour director provided the historical and relevant facts - was flexible and kept us well informed. Our bus driver kept us safe and was always punctual and efficient - quite courteous. Lodging was best in Rome /Crowne Plaza suburbs but dwindled in quality at Oceania hotel in Paris. The breakfast buffet was very good overall. Suggest that the bus ride from Lake Lucerne to Paris, France be changed to possibly a train ride - 9 to 10 hours was a bit much. Note - pay the extra $ and fly Economy Plus, nonstop going home especially. We did Economy and felt like a sardine (Paris to California). Still I would recommend this trip for 1st timers in Europe. Safe travels!

The trip was outstanding.

Accommodations were average with the exception of Crown Plaza in Rome. The air travel needs to be reformed to suit the traveller. Too much walking distance between terminals and gates. The Travel Director and Driver were excellent. Overall tour and program was very good.

Great trip! Got to see a lot of history, art, architecture. Wonderful food, wonderful, knowledgeable guide. Would highly recommend! Busy trip, but not overly exhausting. Would recommend a night extra night on either side of the trip. Day to recover when landing in Rome with time difference and extra day in Paris to see the Louve or shop.
