Ready to enjoy your first Gallo Pinto? Your shuttle will be waiting at your hotel lobby, ready to bring you to start your Caribbean adventure. You'll be taken to Puerto Viejo, one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. Spend today soaking up the sunshine and relaxing at the beach, then get yourself prepared for fun night enjoying the sound of Reggae and holding a delicious fruit cocktail!

Free time in Puerto Viejo (B)

Puerto Viejo is well known for the beautiful beaches, such as Playa Chiquita, Playa Negra and Punta Uva, which are some of the most spectacular beaches in Costa Rica, which can be found between Puerto Viejo and Manzanillo. We recommend you visit Manzanillo and have a walk in this nature path that is surrounded by tropical forest and the Caribbean sea. Also you will have free time to do activities, for example: surfing lessons, horseback riding on the beach, snorkeling in National Park Cahuita or visiting Kekoldi (indigenous region).

Free time in Puerto Viejo (B)

Enjoy another free day in this slice of heaven either unwinding on the white sands, or choosing one of the suggested extra activities.

Arenal Volcano & Hot Springs (B)

Your shuttle transportation will be meeting you at the hotel lobby in the morning to drive you to La Fortuna. Usually known simply as La Fortuna, the village of La Fortuna de San Carlos is the entrance to the magnificent Arenal Volcano. La Fortuna de San Carlos is located in the province of Alajuela and connects the Arenal Volcano area with the cloud forest of Monteverde and Santa Elena and the lowlands of the north of the country. La Fortuna, a charming and quiet village offers spectacular scenery of the Arenal, the most beautiful volcanoes in Costa Rica.

Free Day to Explore the Rainforest (B)

The following day is at leisure for you to enjoy your hotel's facilities or to visit a nearby attraction such as: hanging bridges, zipline, canyoning, mountain bike, ATV's, kayak, white water rafting category III and IV or sloth observation. Or, just lay back and relax in the Northern part of Costa Rica!

Back to San Jose (B)

Enjoy breakfast and prepare to say goodbye to Arenal. In the afternoon you will be taken back to San José where you'll enjoy your last evening in Costa Rica!
