Classical Spain with Paris

The overall trip was good, but I felt that in some places there is difference of how we book tickets for optional excursions. Like guides sometimes have told us we need to buy on the day and thus we waited and missed out on Sagrada Familia thinking we can only book with the guide. We also didn’t have any info that the tickets are refundable and hence could not book earlier. At the start of our trip we have asked guides and the answer we got is talk to your guide in Barcelona. Also there should be a mechanism how we can talk to the guides maybe some channel where their personal numbers are not shared. Probably some sim provided by the company for official use

It is well organized.

the hotels and location was quite good....some optionals did not take off, due to want of numbers. In such case, it would have better if the agency can provide skip the line tickets and the ones interested do it on their own, without guide or transfers.....it was too late for us to purchase the entry to the royal palace in madrid and sagradia familia
