Expectations Met
The tour met my expectations as I have now seen almost all of nature in Costa Rica that I wanted. I visited Tortuguero, San Jose, Monteverde, and Arenal Volcano. For me the most impressive was Tortuguero as our hotel was on a small island on a river and the hotel didn’t have glass in windows, only mosquito netting, so it was nice to hear the jungle while sleeping. Also, I liked Costa Rican people a lot — nice, smiley and friendly.
Every bit as good as the description, warm, fantastic colours and wildlife. We discovered you don't need to go to the national parks to see wildlife. We saw more sitting quietly at the hotel or a short walk down the beach.
Picking up highlights of rainforest
All programs are set properly and each part of program is very punctual. We enjoyed to see many wildlife and plants throughout the tour. Tortuguero, Arenal, and Monteverde, each place varies of their weather, landscape, animals, and plants. So it is interesting to see these diferences.
