Morocco Tours in November 2027

The Guide, Ibrahim was the best! As "upgrades", the accommodations were no better than any hotels in the past on regular tours. In fact, a few were awful. The "upgrade" status of the tour was a very bad joke. However, the locations of the hotels were great; no concerns there. Outside the hotels, the tour was great! Charlie McGivern

Great trip with a first class Explore Leader - Ibrahim. Lots of variety. We stayed in some lovely riads conveniently located within the medinas. Ibrahim was aware of all the group members’ needs and responded to them. He gave us a lot of interesting information about Morocco going into more detail if individuals wanted that. I’ve been home for 36 hours and have already recommended the holiday.

I cannot recommend this trip enough - Morocco Uncovered in 10 Days exceeded my expectations! I did not know what to expect from Morocco but this tour was jam packed and I saw so many parts to Morocco that I never would have visited without this tour! You get to experience local culture and see different parts to Morocco from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh to the breathtaking Sahara. A highlight of my tour was glamping in the Sahara desert and stargazing from the sandunes with my group - I will never forget this moment, and we saw so many shooting stars! Our local tour leader Khalid was fantastic - he kept everyone super happy, safe, and comfortable the whole time, and his love and passion for his country was obvious and that shone through with the information he gave us and this made the experience special. Thank you so much!

A wonderful way to experience the best iof Morocco in a compact 7 day trip. Souks, royal cities, desert, world heritage sites, high and middle Atlas. We covered it all. Would highly recommend

Morocco The tour was exceptional! The group of 15 was diverse, interesting and yet worked together and interacted well throughout the trip. We travelled a lot of miles but our bus was both modern and roomy and we were blessed to have an excellent driver , Youseff, so the miles passed easily. Our tour guide, Mohammed, was both informative and supportive with really good communication so we all knew where to be and what to expect on this fast paced tour. We visited many diverse and interesting places and the various guides were very informative - we walked a gazillion steps to the bottom of a waterfall - and up again! We drove up and over the Atlas Mountains- more than once - and across the plains to visit Roman ruins, medina/souk, a pottery factory , castles, palaces learning about the history as we went along. We supported local businesses on our coffee, lunch and overnight breaks as well as enjoying the hospitality of a family in a small village. The tent camp on the edge of the desert afforded an excellent night sky vista and the camel ride was an interesting experience - excellent views across the dunes and the camel were all well cared for and handled appropriately - overall the animals were all well cared for wherever we went. This was my first ever group trip and my first Explore trip. But definitely not my last - I have plans for 2 trips in 2026 with Explore and can highly recommend them.

Thoroughly enjoyed this trip to Morocco and would recommend. The route takes you across much of the country, with varied landscapes and so much to see and experience. It is quite a fast paced itinerary with a fair amount of road travel, but it is well organised and there is also downtime where you can explore some places at your own pace - I felt I was given enough information to be completely comfortable exploring alone (I was a solo traveller on the trip) and I always felt completely safe even in the busy medinas. Our tour leader Mohamed was very friendly, helpful, and always ready to share information about the country and answer questions. The local guides used were also good. Our driver Amin kept us all feeling safe and comfortable on the sometimes long drives (which have plenty of breaks built in). I returned feeling that I had had a fantastic taste of the country, and would be happy to return there to explore more.
