Fabulous weekend. Itinerary was spot on - challenging but met our expectations. Excellent leaders/support team and lovely food. Camping at base camp was comfortable but sanitation was very basic so that was a bit of a challenge at times as toliets at refuge were a good 15 minute trek away. Early rise to summit was an amazing experience. We were part of a lovely small group which helped make the weekend memorable - I hope to come and do it again with my son next year.

Morocco was a great touring destination and CharlieTheTraveler planned daytrips that highlighted this. I enjoyed all the daytrips, but the one that stands out to me after returning from the trip was Essaouira. There was so much to do and it would have been overwhelming for me had it not been for our company-provided tour guide. I enjoyed walking around with him and hearing more about the town and getting recommendations for where to go in the town. I also enjoyed the swimming, which was a great way to end this daytrip before we headed back to the hotel!

7 days was well worth the extra time to the long weekend. Amazing local guides, varied scenery and excellent food for a camping trip. the 7 days gave time acclimatise to the heat, to practice getting up at 0600 and to get used to camping. Plus the tour of Marrakesh on the last day was a nice end to the trip.

I could not have planned a better trip to Morocco than CharlieTheTraveler provided. They had an organized itinerary which provided structure to the trip. Although there was the structure which I liked, I also appreciated the balance of autonomous time to explore and enjoy the nightlife of the area. There was never a shortage of activities but I also never felt like there was too much to do with too little time. It was the perfect amount of both time and activities!
