I had a wonderful travel experience overall, and I would like to take a moment to highlight my time in Morocco, which was made even more memorable thanks to my exceptional English-speaking tour guide, Ayoub. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication truly enhanced my journey. In addition to Ayoub, I also had the pleasure of working with several other wonderful team members. Hamida, our Spanish-speaking guide, was always friendly and helpful, and Mohammed, our driver, ensured our travels were safe and efficient. Frey, one of the bilingual guides, was instrumental in picking me up in Tarifa and assisting with my transfer to Sevilla, where he facilitated a smooth transition to my hotel. I also had the opportunity to work with Itsa, an outstanding English-speaking guide in Spain and Portugal. While all of these individuals contributed to making my trip enjoyable, Ayoub truly stood out during my time in Morocco. He went above and beyond to ensure that my vacation was not only enjoyable but unforgettable. As my primary guide for most of my time in Morocco, Ayoub’s excellent communication skills and deep knowledge of Moroccan culture, history, and landmarks made all the difference. My trip started with an unfortunate setback in Madrid, where I became a victim of pickpocketing and lost all my cash. Ayoub showed incredible empathy and immediately reassured me that he would help. He took the initiative to ensure I could still participate in all the planned excursions and helped me make the most of my free time despite the situation. Ayoub’s support and dedication were invaluable, and I can’t thank him enough for making my vacation so special. His care and commitment truly made this trip informative, enjoyable, and unforgettable. He is a true asset to the company, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have had him as my guide.

Nicely conducted trip that covered the imperial capitals and other important places. The guides were excellent , they took care of each of us and provided deep explanations. The best part of this trip was the optional tours, its a must that no one should miss.

Ajit Singh Panwar and Najib were excellent guides, well informed and willing shared cultural information. Sadly the first two days in Madrid were very confusing, particularly the visit to the Sports stadium. It would have been useful to explain how long we had and then meet at the appointed location. It was impossible to try and follow Ana. Due to the rush to keep up I lost my expensive Apple Watch as I couldnt return it to my wrist return passport to my person once I had gone through security. It feel out of my bag someone picked it up. we In Madrid It was very confusing sorting the different groups at the hotel. Perhaps different language groups could meet a staggered times. Once on our bus Ajib was very good. I particularly enjoyed our days in Morocco. Najib was an excellent guide, personable, well informed and willing shared his love of his country. Those flying in from Australia or New Zealand really need an extra day tomcod with the jet lag. Alahamlba local guide was excellent. Perhaps a guided tour in Seville, particularly for the visit to the Roman amphitheatre would have been great.

The tour was excellent Our tour guides in Morroco, Sevilla and Portugal met all of our expectations particularly Hamid from Marruecos along with our Conductor. The only recommendation I make is to reconsider Panorama hotel. It was poorly maintained, poor hygiene. Other than that the other properties, itineraries and food were great. It was a memorable experience

We were disappointed with the limited English spoken by the guide particularly in Morrocco but also in Portugal. We always understood what was going on but we felt we missed out on extra information that could have been interesting. We also were not aware of the flexibility of travelling with this company. We did not realise we could have travelled on to Porto for example so we organised this transfer ourselves We also did not do one of the optional tours and had to find out own way back to the hotel. We felt this was rather poor. We had booked the Fado tour in Lisbon but this was not discussed with anyone and we were just told it was cancelled without any consultation?? Otherwise an overall enjoyable trip

Excellent mountain climb experience

Great trip with excellent guide, Lachen, who knows everyone on the mountain. Refuge was good. Sometime even had hot water for quick shower. Food excellent. Good mountaineering experience with crampons and ice axes. Not sketchy enough to require ropes and harnesses.

When to travel Morocco to save more

Saving big on your Morocco adventure often means venturing beyond the postcard-perfect seasons. Although summer months (June to August) are hot with cities like Marrakech and Fez heating up to 38°C–45°C, these months offer the best deals. You can explore indoor attractions and comfortably browse the streets in the evening, and also experience desert camping. During winter (December to February), cooler temperatures of 10°C–18°C and occasional rain showers take over. You’ll score cheaper flights, discounted accommodations, and even lower tour prices during these months. Many attractions are less crowded too, giving you more breathing space and authentic encounters without the premium costs. Coastal towns like Essaouira stay pleasant year-round, making them ideal for beating the inland heat. For more tips on climate and smart timing, explore the best time to visit Morocco guide.
