Greece City sightseeing Trips

We liked that we were 2 nights at every location. We were able to see & experience local sites you can't see from a cruise ship excursion. This wasn't the typical tourist islands, but so much more of the ancient historical areas of Greece. Visiting the Archaeologica historical sites was most intriguing. Also, got to experience the local life, like beekeeping, olive oil making & local dining.

Our Insight Vacations Greece Undiscovered tour was absolutely outstanding and exceeded our expectations in every way. What made this tour so special was that it went beyond the typical Greek highlights and took us through incredible regions of mainland Greece and Crete that we may never have discovered on our own. From the ancient wonders of Athens, Delphi and Mycenae to the beautiful mountain villages, lakeside towns and stunning Venetian harbours, every day offered something different and memorable. The itinerary was extremely well balanced, combining fascinating history and archaeology with authentic local experiences, amazing food and breathtaking scenery. The local guides were knowledgeable and passionate, bringing Greece’s history and culture to life in a way that made every site meaningful. The hotels were excellent, the coach was comfortable, and everything was organised seamlessly. We especially loved the time spent in Crete, which was a real highlight of the trip. The included local experiences, food tastings and cultural encounters made us feel connected to the places we visited rather than just passing through them. Most of all, our Travel Director and driver were exceptional. Their professionalism, knowledge, care and sense of humour made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a tour that combines ancient history, spectacular scenery, authentic Greek culture and premium travel experiences, I highly recommend Greece Undiscovered. It truly was a trip of a lifetime.

Well organized, we were well informed of the places we went. Our Travel Director was I believe an expert in history. There was never a dull moment. Ii would highly recommend a group tour with Trafalgar. Planning our next trip.

This was as advertised! There may be others who offer "best of" tours, but Trafalgar really delivered. We enjoyed every stop on this tour. Saw many awesome sights, much history & made many memories.

This is a great tour. This was my 4th europamundo tour in 2 years and would definitely book another. As a matter of fact I messaged about a swiss austria tour in december while on this one. Yelcin was the beat guide of any tour i have taken. The beat. Amazing knowledge and friendly. Only criticism is time in santorini. Guide was great but bus was 30 min late and we left before breakfast and no time to eat on santorini. Also we only had 10 minutes of free time. Wasnt guides fault as we had to catch boat but this needs to be fixed as santorini was top of my list to see. Also alot of time was wasted dropping off a few at their hotel staying the night. Maybe that could have been done while we toured the island since they spending more time there? It was still magical but an hour of free time would have been nice.Otherwise, what a great tour and a great company to do business. If you ever need a quote for your tours let me know, would rave in favor of europamundo! Below says no optional tours were available but there were 2 in Turkey.

We loved our tour of Greece! We saw and learned so much. Beautiful scenery. And wondering food. Our tour manager Savvas was fantastic. Each tour guide we had was also very informative and enthusiastic to share their knowledge of their country. Learned more from these tour guides and Savvas than we would have on our own. The group of people we toured with were great too. Highly recommend this tour.
