Greece Tours in Spring

This trip was the perfect balance of seeing and learning about Greece and its history through the various archeological sites, and a relaxing, laid back time spent on the beautiful islands.

This tour is perfect for anyone who wants a bit of everything: history, culture, relaxation, and amazing food. I appreciated the pace, as there was enough time to visit major landmarks without feeling rushed. The guides and drivers made sure everything went according to plan and that we had all the support we needed. By the end of the tour, I felt I’d experienced the best of both countries and am already considering returning in the future.

Can’t say enough about our tour guide Christos. He led our group professionally and meticulously. Executing his best to cater for the group dynamic and did an amazing job.. I enjoyed the hikes (with some of there challenges) and all the excursions immensely. The islands visited were aesthetically beautiful in the way of nature and scenery. The cooking class was a lot of fun as we interacted, laughed and achieved very delicious meals. Only wish there were a few more single people around my age. Aside from that the group was awesome and mostly friendly.. Christos you are a legend and will go a long way!

I had the best time! We got really lucky getting as our tour guide. I don’t think the trip would have run as smoothly without her. Everything was planned perfectly and she went out of her way to answer any and all questions and helping organise external activities in our down time as well. The group itself was one of the best I’ve ever toured with and we all got along so well. Greece itself was as beautiful and freedom filling as I thought it would be but it was all made better for the people I was with. The hotels were a giant bonus and all the extra activities we did were well worth it. Couldn’t recommend anything higher :)

Have not taken a land trip for awhile nor been to both Greece and Italy for several years. Trafalgar was able to include both the highlights of Italy and Greece with excellent accommodations, restaurant offerings, and interesting optional trip experiences. To see the highlights of both countries the pace was in line with what I desired to see and expected. was an excellent/knowledgeable tour director/guide plus Trafalgar was able to meet unexpected challenges in Rome with a Pope passing away. Just about everything offered was accomplished. Taking this land trip encourages me to look at other trips in the future. Excellent choice of locations to visit. Would recommend this trip to others who want to see a lot in a short amount of days. Overall, totally loved the trip and was one of the best sight seeing trips I've taken to Europe. It reignited my interest for visiting both countries again.

Was not expecting to love the places as much as I did. The scenery is all very different and dramatic in each place. I really loved Slovenia. An extra day in Dubrovnik would have been great. The trip leader Monika was phenomenal! Definitely would recommend this tour just to see so many countries that a lot of people probably haven’t really thought about seeing when they’re in Europe!
