Let France and Spain unfold before you with the "Wonders of France and Spain" city sightseeing tour, a 16-day odyssey designed for travelers passionate about history, architecture, and regional flavors. Start your journey in Paris, exploring legendary boulevards and monuments, then venture to Versailles, where the palace and gardens epitomize royal grandeur.
Along the way, stroll through Monet’s gardens in Giverny and the medieval lanes of Rouen, Rennes, and Amboise. Admire Limoges’ porcelain heritage before discovering Rocamadour’s sacred sanctuary perched atop a cliff. Bordeaux, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, enchants with its "water mirror" and vibrant wine culture. Carcassonne’s fortified walls evoke tales of centuries past, while the drive through the Pyrenees brings you to Andorra’s alpine charm.
Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter and cosmopolitan energy mark your entrance into Spain, with Madrid’s royal palaces and lively cuisine providing a fitting finale. day 1 - Paris Arrival
On arrival at Paris airport. You will be met and transfer to your hotel. After check-in at the hotel, you have the rest of the day at your leisure. In the evening you will have a presentation of your tour with the tour guide.Â

day 2 - Paris
After having breakfast at the Hotel, today you will have a guided tour to discover the history, main boulevards and the breathtaking monuments of Paris. Later in the day, we provide a transfer to the Montmartre disÂtrict famous for its painters, artists, and its cabÂarets. Enjoy this magical place where you can choose from the various cuisines this area has to offer. We will then return to the hotel or take some leisure time to enjoy the city.

Brakfast at the Hotel, Later you will be transfer to Versailles, where you will visit wonderful palaces and beautiful gardens. Later afternoon at leisure.

day 4 - Paris - Rouen - Arromanches – Caen
Enjoy morning breakfast at the hotel, we’ll depart early from Paris and head towards Normandy, with a stop in Giverny to explore Monet’s House and its stunning gardens (admission included). Here, we’ll delve into the world of Impressionist art, a movement deeply rooted in Normandy. The journey continues to Rouen, the capital of Normandy, known for its medieval streets and magnificent cathedral. There, we’ll have time to stroll and enjoy lunch. Next, we’ll visit Arromanches, where the beaches stand as a powerful reminder of the World War II landings in France. Our day concludes in Caen, where we’ll unwind and enjoy leisure time in the heart of the city.

day 5 - Caen - Mount Saint Michel – Saint Malo – Dinan - Rennes
Breakfast at the hotel, then you will be transfer to Mont Saint Michel, where you will get time to see the Abbey located within the city on an island. After this, whilst travelling in the Brittany region, we stop at Saint Malo (whose powerful walls defend the city), where we will have time for lunch. In the afternoon we continue to Dinan, take some time to explore this Breton village full of charm. We continue our way to Rennes, the capital of Brittany with its interesting and monumental historic centre.

day 6 - Rennes - Angers - Tours - Villandry - Amboise
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. We left for Angers. Those who wish to do so can visit the castle that has the largest medieval tapestry about the Apocalypse. Then we continue to the Loire Valley: Tours, the capital of the region, on the banks of the Loire, time to explore and have lunch. In the afternoon we visit Villandry Palace, which is famous for its gardens and flowers; admission to the gardens is included. Accommodation and supper are included in Amboise, a city with a very interesting medieval quarter.

day 7 - Amboise - Chenonceau - Chambord - Limoges
After having breakfast at the hotel, spend a day immersed in the beauty of the Loire Valley, beginning with a morning stroll in Amboise, where you’ll find the Château du Clos Lucé, the residence of Leonardo da Vinci during his final years. Next, we’ll visit the renowned Château de Chenonceau (admission included), a stunning structure that spans the river like a bridge. Our journey continues to Chambord, the largest castle in the Loire Valley, where we’ll explore its expansive park (visit included). Heading into central France, we’ll arrive in Limoges, famous for its exquisite porcelain. We recommend exploring its historic center, featuring the impressive Saint Etienne Cathedral.

day 8 - Limoges - Sarlat - Beynac – Cazenac - Rocamadour
Breakfast at the hotel, we’ll depart Limoges and journey to the Dordogne, a region celebrated for its historic river, charming villages, and breathtaking landscapes. Our first stop is Lascaux, where we’ll explore the museum and a replica of the prehistoric caves (tickets included), marveling at the extraordinary cave paintings that bring ancient history to life. Next, we’ll visit Sarlat, a UNESCO World Heritage town with a beautifully preserved Renaissance historic center, offering time to wander and enjoy lunch. In Beynac, we’ll explore a medieval castle perched above the river (admission included). Our day concludes in Rocamadour, a stunning medieval village with a significant sanctuary nestled on a cliff. We recommend walking down the Via Crucis and returning via the lift. Dinner will be included.

day 9 - Rocamadour - Padirac - Collonge La Rouge - St. Emilion - Bordeaux
After having breakfast at the hotel, we will go to the impressive Padirac caves, where we include a boat ride on the river 75 metres underground. A stop at Collonge La Rouge, a very picturesque village built with red stone on the Way of St James. After lunch we travel to St. Emilion, at the heart of the Bordeaux wine producing region. Time for a stroll. Bordeaux, arrival at the end of the afternoon.
Note: The caves may be closed in November or due to the weather conditions.

day 10 - Bordeaux - Lourdes
Breakfast at the hotel. The entire centre of Bordeaux has been declared a world heritage site. You will be amazed by the “water mirror” and stroll through the old town with its pedestrian streets and 11th century cathedral. We will include admission (free visit with audio information in Spanish, French or English) to the Cite Du Vin, an impressive interactive museum that recounts the history of the wine and its production; wine tasting included at the viewpoint over Bordeaux. You will have free time later to stroll and have lunch on the banks of the Garonne River, an area full of small restaurants.We continue our way towards the Pyrenees, arriving to Lourdes in the mid-afternoon. We have time to see the sanctuary. Later at the end of the transfer to the hotel for dinner.

day 11 - Lourdes - Carcassonne – Foix - Andorra
After having breakfast at the hotel, our journey through the south of France begins in Carcassonne, where you’ll have time to explore and enjoy lunch in this iconic city, celebrated for its medieval walls, impressive castle, and charming historic district, La Cité. Next, we’ll head towards the Pyrenees Mountain range, stopping briefly in Foix, a medieval town known for the Château de Foix. As we traverse the Pyrenees, with their snow-capped peaks visible year-round, we’ll reach Andorra, a small country where Catalan is the official language. Along the way, we’ll pause at Sant Joan de Caselles, a 12th-century Romanesque church. Our day concludes in Andorra la Vella, the capital, where you’ll have free time to explore its vibrant commercial district or unwind at Caldea, Europe’s largest thermal spa. Dinner will be included.

day 12 - Andorra - Montserrat - Barcelona
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. In the morning you have free time in ANDORRA for shopping and exploring. After lunch, we will continue our trip and head to Catalonia. The mountain countryside leads us to the impressive site of the Montserrat Monastery , where you will go up the mountain on a rack train to see its fantastic scenery. Following this we will continue to Barcelona , arriving in the late afternoon.

day 13 - Barcelona
After having breakfast at the hotel you will explore Barcelona, We include a morning tour of the city, Les Rambles, GaudĂ’s works, and the remnants of olympic venues. Free afternoon. We include night transportation and will attend the show of THE MAGIC FOUNTAIN of MontjuĂŻch, with its combination of lights, colors, water and music. You will have time to dine in this area.
Note: in case of having the transfer to the Magic Fountain a day that for maintenance or any other reason the show is not performed, the night transfer will be given to the Maremagnum, avant-garde leisure center with restaurants by the sea and to the Plaza ColĂłn.

day 14 - Barcelona - Peniscola - Valencia - Madrid
Breakfast at the hotel, then we will proceed our journey towards south along the Mediterranean, making a special stop in Peniscola, a small walled town on the shores of the sea and where we have time for a stroll. We will then travel to Valencia, the third largest city in Spain. After time for lunch in its historic city centre, at 16.30 hrs, we will continue our route to Madrid after passing through the avant-garde City of Arts and Sciences of Valencia where we can take a picture. Arrival to Madridat the end of the day and transfer to the Plaza Mayor where we can relax at some typical taverns.Note: Depending on the number of passengers, the journey between Valencia and Madrid may be done by high-speed train.

day 15 - Madrid
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will starts with a comprehensive tour through the centre of Madrid including the Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, the Gate of Alcalá, Plaza de Colón and Plaza Mayor. We then will visit Retiro Park, an oasis in the city centre, where we will see the lake and the Glass Palace. A visit to Las Ventas Bullring (admission included) is next. This is one of the most famous bullrings in the world where we will learn about the tradition of the “corridas” at the Bullfighting Museum. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon at your own leisure. At sunset we will provide a transfer to Plaza de Oriente, opposite the Royal Palace, an elegant and bustling area with many restaurants serving different cuisines, such as local Spanish food, international and Chinese. Enjoy a pleasant dinner of your choice. At the end of the evening we will return to the hotel together.
