Well organised trip. Detailed notes & GPS tracking made it easy to follow the walking routes. Hotel accommodation was excellent.
Travelling in a small group with different abilities the trip gave us a great balance between manageable walks, urban experiences and self managed travel. Instructions for the walks were generally clear but some better formatting/design would be helpful. The booked transport was always punctual, well organised with helpful and friendly drivers. The hotels that were selected had a great atmosphere and evocative of the places we were staying. Their location in the heart of the historic towns was perfect making it easy for quick explorative trips. Puglia as a destination didn't disappoint and we would be very happy to return whenever we have the opportunity.
Well organized. Great GPS, accommodations, and overall trip plan.
Just a wonderful tour with plenty of hiking and history. You’re left to your own pace and transport, for the most part, but are provided with wonderful accommodations and private rides to bridge the rough spots. Just the right amount of freedom and structure for us.
The accommodation was excellent. We enjoyed the walks. One day was lost due to a rail strike but it was part of the experience! The transfers were all good and seeing Lecce, Alberobello and Matera were definitely highlights.
Well planned itinerary with good accommodation although some of the walking instructions can be improved.
Very well organized, hiking trails were easy to find and follow. Transfers to hotels and to the trail heads were smooth. An enjoyable experience.
Fantastic walking tour! Downloaded all the gps files to GPX viewer which worked very well! We loved Otranto and the walk along the coast -- the sea was beautiful and 3 trains to get there was worth it. Ostuni was another highlight and we enjoyed the walk in the olive groves. Had the best pizza in Alberobello -- Pinsa. Valle D'Itria was spectacular. Everything went as planned, only one delayed train. We added on days before in Naples and a few days after on the Amalfi Coast. Southern Italy is wonderful!
My husband and I very much enjoyed our adventure in Puglia. The routes were fun and very interesting. The accommodations and included dinners were great. The transfer drivers were lovely and fun to chat with. They also gave us some great recommendations. My one suggestion is that they could use their own app and possibly organize the info so it is a little easier to access from a phone. We worked it out, though, and I would definitely choose them again.
Loved the self guided walking model. Walking guide generally good. Some spectacular accommodation (and some less good). On the ground partner very reliable. We loved Puglia and the trip itinerary was a good Puglia experience!
