great to see Eastern Europe, I visited so many locations I hadn't experienced before. Our TM and Driver were professional and helpful. I had a great time and would definitely recommend this tour for those looking to see countries not usually visited

This was an amazing trip through the Balkans. Each country had so much to offer and all of the locations were beautiful. We had an amazing group of people on the tour which made it even more fun. Our trip leader Nicole was so well organised and professional which made for a stress free experience, I highly recommend this tour.

Was not expecting to love the places as much as I did. The scenery is all very different and dramatic in each place. I really loved Slovenia. An extra day in Dubrovnik would have been great. The trip leader Monika was phenomenal! Definitely would recommend this tour just to see so many countries that a lot of people probably haven’t really thought about seeing when they’re in Europe!

I absolutely loved this tour so much it was the perfect mix of history and culture while still being fun and exciting. The itinerary was awesome and September was an awesome time of year for it as it was still sunny and gorgeous without the peak summer crowds. All of the included extras were so worth it and there was a great balance of free time too. It was so great being driven around and taken through the borders when Balkan countries can be so tricky to get around, our driver was an absolute champ. Our tour leader was honestly incredible, so knowledgeable and friendly and helpful all the way along. I met friends for life on this trip and couldn’t recommend it more!!

The trip was absolutely amazing, the perfect mix of fun days out but also chill time to do your own things. All the places were amazing and well worth the while.

This trip was a good mix of active cities and smaller beach towns. Our tour guide, Chloe, was a great resource that you could rely on. You’ll definitely want to book all the optional activities so there is always something to do. Also, plan to bring more than one bathing suit. Transportation from city to city could have been improved (lunch and bathroom stops should be pre-determined times and destinations; there should be preplanned shuttles to the hotel in the Bay of Kotor). Make sure you research the cities ahead of time for their hours of operation; you might end up at a spot where everything is closed on a Sunday. All in all, these are some cities I’m happy I visited, and Topdeck was a great way to see them and make new friends at the same time. (Beware the heat in those summer months!)

This trip itinerary was the best! So many hidden gems and very well paced. I wish we had more time in Lake Bled and Zadar, but overall everything was amazing. Jude was a passionate and knowledgeable tour guide, Malek was a great driver and got us through the borders quickly with no fuss.
