The Best of Spain and Portugal

This trip did not disappoint and was for me the trip of a lifetime. It was wonderful Your organization was excellent and the variety of venues and hotels was great.I just want to thank t Frey, Carlos and especially Hiren for their strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge, enthusiasm, adaptability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for sharing stories and experiences with guests.I love traveling. This was my first trip with Europamundo, and I highly recommend them.

the tour was very well organized, visited lots of interesting places. Its understandable that often it was not enough time, especially considering that you need to allocate at least an hour for lunch. The guides and local guides were amazing. The only exception was too inexperienced Jinebra in Madrid, who was barely speaking English. But Frey, Isaac, Hiren and Carlos were super helpful. Local guides were great too, special praise for Carla from Seville and Norberto from Lisbon, who was the only one speaking 2 languages so smoothly that you might even learn second language at the same time All other local guides were great too. The problem was the multiple bus switches and remixing of the groups in the middle of the street, which were taking too much waiting time. Also often we had mixed groups speaking 3 different languages, this is little bit too much. And often were more Spanish speaking people than English speaking, so guides were forgetting to translate or telling only short version in English, which is not nice. Accommodation was good except Barcelona, where we stayed pretty far from city and hotel was very outdated.

Very convenient way to see Europe and your targeted destinations. Best of all, I felt very safe with my tour group and guides and there were zero unfortunate incidents.

It is an incredible trip for visiting Spain and Portugal .. every things are awesome tours , hotels , puplic transportation “bus” , and finally the Guides .. Special thanks for Rocio , she is the best guide.. ?? This is the second time , I travel with Europamund , and it will not be the final one.. thanks a lot ..

Overall we enjoyed the trip. We changed groups, tour guides and busses several times over the trip. I assume it was for business efficiency, but from a customer perspective, it would have been nice to have stayed with the same group. We spent 2 weeks exploring small towns with ancient buildings. I didnt enjoy the Poble Espanyol. It was a replica of what we had already seen. I would have much rather spent that time at Park Guell.

Our English tour was mixed with Spanish tour. Tour guide was speaking more in Spanish but important information was given in English.
