Overall trip was good

The tour guide gave clear instructions about the meeting time and hotel. He was a very responsible man. Unfortunately, due to his mistake, our tickets to Sagrada Familia were sold to other people, even though we were the first two to order the tour. We were very disappointed, as we had greatly anticipated visiting this place.

Saw lots on the tour. Too long at several stops. 4 hours in 1 town, another 2 in next town. Not sure why we couldnt get there before 8 pm. 12 hours travelling by bus every day is too much. Hotels ok except the one in Madrid, poor quality, noisy.

Hotel selection was average not of 4 star category. Suggets to include dinner with package. As compared to this our Turkey tour was better. Overall it was a good experience with no major complaints

Had a very good trip organised by Europamundo, Julia our guide was very sincere and informative. She took special care of every traveller and ensured a smooth and enjoyable trip for us all. The Praga Hotel in Madrid was not upto the standards of Europamundo and the staff were very rude and uncooperative, which is reflects poorly on European hospitality.
