It was a great experience.
Overall, the itinerary was excellent. I am happy that EuropaMundo listened to previous reviews and made this tour less hectic, and we got to actually enjoy each location and each stop. We did not feel rushed and the pace was appropriate. I like that we arrived to our hotels at reasonable hours and not at 10pm as in previous trips. I wished that mornings started at 8:30 and not before. We did have a few times that we were told to wait at 7:50 but the bus and Guide did not arrive until 30 minutes later, leaving 50 people anxiously waiting and unhappy. It is still very hard the changing of the people, leaving and joining every day, and the changing of guides. We did not like the baby on the bus. This is not appropriate. Enough that we had over 10 small annoying kids. The Hotels were excellent except in Lisbon where we could hear the airplanes all night long and did not sleep, because the hotel was at the airport without proper insulation. Overall, we enjoyed the tour very much. The Guide Javier was excellent, as well as all the local experts Raphaela in Lisbon was exceptional- please pass this to her.
Thank you for MR. Hiren Tinnani as the tourist guide he is very helpful and professional.

It’s my third time wit Europamundo and they never failed my expectations it was a wonderful and amazing time with them.
Very nice tour with good hotels, great guides and lots of destinations covered with sufficient time provided for individual exploration
The guides were excellent and organisation efficient. The hotels were mostly of the correct standard. They were mostly clean, well organised and helpful. The activities each day were interesting and enjoyable
A well organised Trip.. Europamundo co-ordination is splendid, Nice Hotels selected with an exception of one hotel during our trip. Guides were well trained and have knowledge of the places. They were very friendly as well. we enjoyed the trip
We enjoyed our tour with our fellow travellers and guides—especially Ann and Sabrina with a lot of energy, and others with good historical knowledge. Though there is still room for improvement in scheduling the time when the weather is hot and there is not much to see in the town. And we were short of time at places where more things to do. Overall we enjoyed the tour.
Excellent tour,Euporamundo was worldclass, everything was great, guides were the best, especially Sabrina.
What I liked about the tour was the beautiful places, history, culture, bus ride. The hotels and breakfast buffet and great staff from tour guides loved them all. Very knowledgeable to staff at the hotel’s.
The trip and itinerary was excellent and it was great value for money. We saw and did heaps and exceeded our expectations
It was a very well organized tour, with knowledgeable experienced guides. There was alot of walking but we had prepared for that. The experience of visiting so many places in Spain was unforgettable My fave was the Alhambra
I loved that a lot of the activities were included as well as the entrance fees to some sites we visited. The tours were informative and the guides were very helpful.
This was our first tour and we loved it The tour and local guides were super friendly and informative. They always had time for questions. There were plenty of breaks and always taken in interesting places. I’m already thinking of booking another tour with Europamundo.
I had a great time on the tour. Our Europamundo guide and local tour guides were very knowledgeable and kept us entertained. We visited several nice places on the way from Granada to Seville, however, it would have been nice to have a bit more time in one of the beach towns. The hotel in Seville was a bit far from the city centre which made exploring on our own a bit difficult.
South of Spain and Portugal trip was fantastic Good value for money as well; accommodation and guides tour local were very good. I will recommend it to all my friends,
Seeing new places meeting new people, experiencing other cultures.
The guides has explained everything very nicely so that no problem is there even while roaming alone in free time
I loved the efficiency of the tour guides and coach drivers...we more or less stuck to the schedule.
Julian as we know him was the star. He helped us with all the information, was patient to all the questions asked and gave us all tips of dos and donts restaurants , maps location etc. Rachael was another lady who deserves all commendation for her connect with the tourists
The tour was good overall and it was very convenient that the company can mix and match travellers of different itineraries. However, just some observations : 1. The last hotel in the itinerary, Lagoas Park, though having excellent facilities, was too far out of the city and the trip to get into the city for the local tour took more than an hour because of traffic; the scheduled earlier start which may have meant a missed or hurried breakfast caused a lot of complaints among the tour participants. Then too, since it was the last hotel in the itinerary and there was no more service on the last day, it was more expensive for us to move out of the hotel on to the next destination. 2. It is understandable that tour conductors would like to stick to the tour schedule, but I found it inconsiderate of Montsie to leave one young traveller in Retiro Park in Madrid for being five mins late. The traveller had misunderstood the meeting place - she thought it was the first gate, but eventually made her way to the right gate when she didnt see the group. Since there were only 7 of us in the group, it wouldnt have been such a big deal to wait a bit more and then adjust the time in the next stop to make up (the next destination, the bull ring didnt need an hour). I found Montsie abrupt, inflexible and not too cordial with the tour members. 3. Anna was very, very friendly, enthusiastic, cheerful, eager to please and thought of ways to make the trip interesting (eg Eurovision competition). I just thought it was unfair of Europamundo to leave a very young tour conductor, with not much authority and experience to be in charge of a very large group > 30, who might be called upon to act in an emergency. The scheduled early start from Lagoas Park caused the whole Indian group to raise their voices in understandable protest and there was a big uproar in the bus over this. Thankfully, it was all sorted out at the hotel after calls to the main office. Am sure, with more years in her position and more experience in dealing with large groups, Anna will be a big asset to the company.
Montsie wasnt great at giving us information about the optional extras so no one got to attend the flamenco dinner and show in Madrid. While she was always nice and friendly to me and my companion, at times she was rude to the other travellers. It would help if the guides could have copies of the city maps with them and mark the routes back to the hotel. We had to wait for the guides to get the maps from the information centres and then figure out how to get back to the hotel. some stops we could have missed and others we could have spent more time. Example, more time in Malaga and skip Marbella. When Maria joined us, we finally got information about the optional extras, but couldnt take advantage because there had to be a minimum of 15 people. You were lucky we decided to go with your tour because the details are very lacking until you confirm the trip. Also you send emails in Spanish only which is not good for people like me who only speak and read English. Maria was fantastic as a guide and a great asset to your company. She was training Ana and did a fantastic job. Ana has great potential to become another great asset to your company.
A very efficient way to see the South of Spain - both from a money and a time perspective
