Overall, the itinerary was excellent. I am happy that EuropaMundo listened to previous reviews and made this tour less hectic, and we got to actually enjoy each location and each stop. We did not feel rushed and the pace was appropriate. I like that we arrived to our hotels at reasonable hours and not at 10pm as in previous trips. I wished that mornings started at 8:30 and not before. We did have a few times that we were told to wait at 7:50 but the bus and Guide did not arrive until 30 minutes later, leaving 50 people anxiously waiting and unhappy. It is still very hard the changing of the people, leaving and joining every day, and the changing of guides. We did not like the baby on the bus. This is not appropriate. Enough that we had over 10 small annoying kids. The Hotels were excellent except in Lisbon where we could hear the airplanes all night long and did not sleep, because the hotel was at the airport without proper insulation.
Overall, we enjoyed the tour very much. The Guide Javier was excellent, as well as all the local experts Raphaela in Lisbon was exceptional- please pass this to her.
