Excellent Tour of Spain and Portugal with Tour Manager AJIT Absolutely Loved it.
We had an amazing 2.5-week family trip to Spain The country’s rich culture, delicious food, and beautiful sights left us in awe. We loved exploring cities like Barcelona, Seville, and Granada, with the Alhambra being a standout. The local tour guides were fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and made each site come alive with stories and history. The people were welcoming, and everything was family-friendly, making it an enjoyable trip for our daughter too. Highly recommend Spain for a mix of history, culture, and relaxation
Good tour guide. Too much adding pax and changing bus. Cause confusions when original passengers are not in the bus and additional passengers came onboard and occupy seats used by existing passengers. Hotels rooms are ok but a couple of them have poorly maintained bath facilities. A couple of hotels are not conveniently located.
Very good guide.Very good trip. We will look our next trip with europamundo.
wonderful
Everything Especially the leading of our tour by our tour guide Julia. Another tour guide Patricia and Julia worked together to enable Joyce and me to tour the Sagrada Familia basilica when our tour group numbers were too few for us to go as a group. Thank you, Julia and Patricia
I travelled Great Iberian Route 2 weeks back and had a great time. Both local tour guides and our guide George were great. Particularly George did a great job and was always helpful. The Itinerary was good though only Barcelona and Valencia was bit rushed. On an overall great trip:
I loved this tour. Our tour guide Jorge was so pleasant and always helpful and our driver andreas was amazing the way he drove that big coach round tight corners and narrow streets. The itinerary was very interesting and as passengeres hopped on and off in different cities we met new people all the tinme. I guess the only downside for most on tour were the long spanish lunchtimes usually 2 or 3 hours which made us get to the hotels very late each day. But hey it is the spanish way. Thanks europamundo for a wonderful trip.
What I liked the most: this tour exceeded my expectations. The itinerary, tour guides, and local tour guides were very good and seemed to really enjoy what they do I would recommend this tour to friends and family
A few less stops and arriving sooner to major cities is my only suggestion. I loved Montse, Teresa Ana. They made my dream trip so much better. They are excellent
Informative, well organized, attentive to our needs.
Well organized and in depth. The only thing I would have liked was an option for a more detailed half day tour of Fatima, Portugal
Fantastic travel experience
You should tell us for the time table in itinerary What time the tour start and finish. And the daily intinerary was so rushed Sometime people misunderstanding about the time
Hi I would like to thank Mr.Pedro Ms.Rachael our tour guide through my trip. They were amazing, fun very cooperative. They added cool spirit to the trip. Haapy that I got the chance to meet them travel with them.
First of all thank you. The most thing I liked about this tour was the program because it was rich of places/ cities that I visited for first time.
Exceptional knowledge of all tour guides. Oriented to details of every city visited , as well as a very organized logistic system to every turist joining the groups as the tour developed. Kudos to Belen, Carlos and Juliana in Madrid. Also Teresa with her warmth and personal touch, Of course Pericles, such an amazing command of languages, such as English and Spanish. We had a fantastic experience and we look forward to another tour in the future.
Evening city transfer and return; excellent tour guide;good local guides. Boat trip in Seville complete waste of time. Would love it if you include Nazare for its famous waves The optional Cintra tour should have been part of itinerary. No information provided where and what time the trip finished.
Extremely happy satisfied. Except the hotel room in Sevilla. The room was double decker type was uncomfortable. Particularly kids may fall from the upper deck at any time. Hotel authorities did not entertained the request for changing the room even after telling that the kid in our family might fall from the upper deck. But services of tour guide Mr. Linose was exceptionally good.
Our tour guide Mr. LINOS was exceptionally good helpful. He has knowledge of every place we visited explained the details about the places to our satisfaction. I would like to travel again with him. The only bad experience was the room allotted in Hotel at Sevilla. The rooms were double decker type and was most uncomfortable.
What I liked the most was the diversity of the group and our guide Pedro was very kind. what i absolutely disliked about the trip was combining three languages together, there was no peace left in the bus at all and all journeys seemed like total burden
It was a very full itinerary..covered a lot of land content
Everything during the tour is good. We had a good time during the side trips and our tour guide Mr Ahmed was very informative. The only thing is the agent from Singapore is not attentive to our needs, she does not communicate with us after payment done as we do not know what to do after. We need to asked her a lot of times regarding our itinerary and she won’t respond immediately or as much as possible ASAP to answer our queries.
We were fortunate to have formed a pleasant group of fellow travellers from different parts of the world.
4.5 - Excellent The itinerary was excellent A great overview of all the main cities plus smaller but important towns like Ronda, Fatima and Zaragoza were amazing to see. Our tour guide Pedro was brilliant - always helpful and happy to assist with questions. Very insightful and fun too, he always recommended restaurants and advised ways to get to the city centre. The great part about this tour was you get a lot of free time to do your own thing, and they will provide you with a transfer to and from the centre at nighttime. Some of the hotels were packed with other tour groups, and a couple days unable to get breakfast but the hotels are always located near cafes or bars so easy to grab something. Not all of the tour activities were selected by the group I was on, so be prepared to book online if this happens. Easy enough to do. Overall, I’d highly recommend this tour and Pedro was great.
Laura, our tour guide was a very pleasing and organised person who made the tour memorable with her efforts
A very organised and pleasing tour guide, Laura, whose efforts made the tour memorable
Anna our tour guide was best. She was considerate for everything. However, my previous tour guide provided whatapp information for long term relationship. She was asked not to do it.
Assistance from the Travel agent was great, he was very helpful.
We love most of the places we did the tour specially in The Monastery of Montserrat The Fatima.
Overall, I really enjoyed the tour - the guide was excellent, the group was very nice and the places we visited were interesting.
Your guide Me Manuel Martin aka Manu was great. He was very well informed and highly helpful. It was a wonderful tour andI will love to be back and will definitely recommend you guys to my friends.
the Itinerary was great. Bus is convenient with wifi
Our guide was very informative Manueland helpful. The only thing I wish that could be change is the time to to spend in one spot is not enough. Hotels were great :
Our guide was incredible.
The only thing that would discourage me from booking another tour on Europamundo was the fact that nobody was at the airport to pick us up on our arrival at Madrid airport when the info on MY Trip, clearley stated that someone would be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. We called the transportation company and they told us they were not informed to pick us up. I addressed this issue with Tourradar, who forwarded this to Wendy from Eurorpamundo, who came up with an excuse that we had to confirm this 5 days prior to departure. This is just an excuse for your incompetence. I suggested our transfer on our return from Madrid to the airport be provided free of charge to compensate for your error but Wendy gave me the above excuse and insisted we pay the transfer fee for our return. Its unfortunate this incident has left an unpleasant memory and will deter me from recommending Europamundo to any of my family and friends.
We enjoyed the trip and the Tour Guide and the driver were very good and responsible persons. Only one thing I want to comment is that we could have come to the hotel every day by 6pm so that we could have dinner and rest well before starting the journey next morning.
Europamundo cant change the landscape or the monuments. It shouldnt appear different to different viewers on physical content. But what they could able to do it differently in regards to form by the way of their extraordinary stuffing; kudos to their tour Manager and the pilot of the coach. The commentary and info logs associated with the course of tours were mesmerizing and the same physical contents became live in front. Timing and itinirary were flawless par place of interest and we were given ample time to visit places. Hotels are awesome. Breakfast buffets were lips smacking. Safety and comfort of the transport was unquestionable and exceeded all expectations. Kudos to team Europamundo.
Our Tour Guide Mr. Petro is very good and professional. Well informative and take good care of all passengers.
I loved how many plaves we saw and everything that i learned. We had a great amount of time to do and see everything. Driver was perfect we were on time to everything. Flora was tremendous. She was so helpful and awesome and explained everything. The hotels were great. Best tour I have ever been on.
