The tour was very good and I really enjoyed it.

Affordable price and available on a short notice. We were able to book the trip within a few days on a limited budget. Great team of young and pleasant tour guides. We had a wonderful time.

Eva, our tour guide, is high-energy, knowledgeable, approachable, and people-friendly. Theres a lot of walking, so wear comfortable shoes, and stay hydrated Hotels were nice and tour buses adequate.

The itinerary was great. Some of the days were very long. The tour guides were definitely experts in their field, and were very thorough and patient.

the optional excursions were posted too late. by the time they were published we have added extra nights and completed the attractions that we have could done with the tour guide

The itinerary was good, our tour guide Gaby was great. Unfortunately we did not receive any voucher etc and when we arrived the driver charged us 40 Euros because we didnt have vouchers and our travel agent didnt receive them either.

The tour was amazing, well organised, our guide Patricia very professional, energetic and helpful all over the tour. The tour had a well organised program, old they offered us optional tours and free time, which gave me more relaxing feeling, thank you, definitely will go with this company again.

I did a solo trip with europamundo and it was wonderful.. guys who ever wishing to do solo trip or family trip , do it with them .. even a women alone we will be safe in their hands .. my guide MR.Gaetano and transfer person MR.Filip .. such a amazing people .. you don’t need to worry about anything .. it was perefect from start to end .. tension free .. they take care of us so nicely .. in future I will choose only europamundo ..

We had an exceptional 4-day tour in Italy with our amazing tour guide, Eva. From the beginning, she was incredibly accommodating, tailoring the itinerary to our preferences with a keen eye for detail. Her approachable and friendly attitude made us feel comfortable throughout the journey. She not only met our requests but also made sure we made the most of every moment during our tour. Her expertise in navigating Italys captivating landmarks allowed us to experience each place to the fullest. With her insightful stories and historical knowledge, she brought the sites to life, making the entire journey truly unforgettable. We couldnt have asked for a more knowledgeable and personable guide. It was an absolute pleasure, and we highly recommend her services to anyone visiting Italy.

I wish the bus provide wifi and the itinerary is more accommodating for people with special needs.

Our tour guide Julio was amazing He had incredible knowledge about all the places we visited, had the best sense of humour, he was very approachable helpful, he genuinely cared a lot for the people in our group and wanted to give each of us the best experience possible. He really created a sense of “family” with the group. The itinerary was very well planned, we liked the combination of having structured tours/activities along with time for ourselves to explore on our own. Each of the accomodations were pleasant and very clean, the tour bus was very comfortable as well. We will definitely be wanting to book again through europamundo and would very much like to have Julio as our tour guide again.

We as this group and all other groups were nagging about the Rome Hotel Ergife as we had no Internet in rooms except in corridors lol, terrible breakfast for sure rare beacon and under cooker eggs as well as lack of vegetables, no hot water to bathe, and bed fleas were having a party on all of us. Other than that the tour was perfect

I felt that the itinerary was misleading in some cases where there were additional optional charges for experiences I thought were going to be included.

The information was extremely reach and interested. The group leader was very nice, professional, and ready to help with everything. The guide were very well prepared, and very enjoyable persons.

We had a fantastic trip with Europamundo, it was a but rushed at times on the excursions but we did have plenty of down time to do the things that we wanted to do. It offered us the opportunity to taste places that we could come back to again in the future, our tour guides and Group Leaders were lovely people and great at their job.

Put videos while traveling by bus

The walking tour is at a very fast past and many things are missing. Very few painting etc were actually taken in during St Petersburg cathedral, etc. because we were hurried along.

Overall experience was good but i hope in future tours, agency can give complete details of the hotels for each city the tour stops so that travelers can prepare ahead what to bring that is not provided by the hotel for ex. Iron, kettle or slippers...these were never available in any of the hotels we were staying in.

The Europamundo guide and the local guides chosen were very professional and knowledgeable and helpful. They showed and explained everything promised, and gave us plenty of free time to explore on our own. I would definitely recommend a Europamundo tour to anyone.
