Camino - Sarria to Santiago Plus

We did the Camino from Sarria to Santiago in 6 days walking. The first two days are big days 22km and 24km respectively. My advice to anyone doing the Camino is to take a second pair of shoes on the walk and talk to others on the track the advice we got was invaluable. We loved the walk and getting into Santiago was quite breathtaking.

Everything we very well planned. All hotels/hostels booked and baggage move to the relevant location every day. It was seamless!

Accommodation and meals good and at times above what expected. Bags always got to next hotel and everything went smoothly. A couple of the accomodation options were too far off the track however. I would double check that before locking in a booking but they were great organisers and easy to communicate with.

Some of the accommodation and food options were very ordinary.

They were fantastic in terms of efficient communication, organisation and value for money. Knowing we had accommodation, meals provided and bags waiting at each destination daily enabled us to have a stress free walking holiday, and not stress about finding a room at the end of a tiring day.

Easy pre and post communication when booked and paid. Trip was for the Camino. 4 ladies traveling together.

The team had everything organised. We felt very well looked after.

We had quite long days but overall it was absolutely fabulous.

Do need to have a basis of fitness to complete eight days of walking from Sarria to Santiago De Compostela. (115km) Very enjoyable walk with some great scenery and stops a long the way.

It was a life experience not to be missed and recommended for everyone to. The experience was emotional, reflective and thoroughly enjoyable from morning to evening. Accommodation perfect!

It went well. Would have been nice to have better instructions to find our hotels. We seemed to get lost and walk further then needed.

Lodging, meals, information, and pretrip support were great. We appreciated the logistical support behind the scenes, yet navigating the Camino on our own.

The trip was awesome. Walking on the paths and enjoying the peace and quiet was very fulfilling.

Enjoyed the walk. Very well organised with baggage always at the next hotel. Do the upgrade at Arzúa. We stayed at Pazo Santa Maria. Totally worth the extra dollars and we chose to walk the extra 1.5kms rather than getting a transfer. Pretty countryside. Was the highlight of our trip.

I had an amazing trip. Everything went really well. It was great getting my luggage transported each day to the next hotel/accommodation. After hours of walking each day knowing I had accommodation booked was comforting. The meals were great. I would recommend going through these guys for your Camino experience.

All arrangements for baggage hotels and meals worked well. This meant we could enjoy our walking and the great scenery.

My daughter and I completed the 8-day Camino trip and loved it! The accommodation at each destination was clean and comfortable and, in some cases, very boutique and gorgeous. All breakfasts and dinners were terrific; it's always a holiday treat, not having to cook. We especially loved having our bags dropped each day at the next venue. But of course, the main reason we were there was to walk the Camino and that was all we hoped it would be. The stunning countryside, beautiful villages, amazing old churches, cobbled streets, fields of corn, tall gum trees, pilgrims, pilgrim passport stamps, farmyard smells, beautiful silent forests and small streams of clear water, all made for a magical journey. Thank you!
