This trip was a dream! From the Colosseum in Rome to the stunning Swiss Alps and the magic of Paris, every stop felt like a fairytale. Well-organized, great guides, and plenty of time to explore on our own!
The whole tour was a highlight in itself. Recommended for sure!
God! Where do I should even begin? It has been one of the best trips of my life, thanks!
WOW! what a fantastic expreince. felt like a dream.
The tour was good. It covers a lot of cities. Tour provides 8am to 7pm sightseeing. It was too hot when we toured. One of the hotel in Zurich did not have A/C. Breakfast in all hotel was good. Hotels are good. It’s mostly bus tour. It’s convenient as you don’t have to worry about carrying luggage from one place to another. The driver and staff are good. For first timer, it’s a good one as everything is planned for you. However if you plan to visit attractions other than mentioned in the tour, it’s difficult.
2 of the most beautiful places in the world. Mesmerizing Trip. Everything was arranged perfectly. Good Job!
It’s big bus travel at its worst!! Rushed meals in mediocre bus stops, hotels overrun w bus tourists in industrial edges of cities (several w broken ac, coffee machines, etc). Chaos every day as they have people come “hop on/off” with their luggage. The guides are very nice but overwhelmed keeping track of 30-50 people changing each day. Little time or guidance in several featured places. (30 mins to “see” Zurich, then no dinner or restaurants open by hotel.) Lots of time waiting in lines for everything—daily! Company cares about money not customer satisfaction. NO ONE was happy w their tour operations. Felt sorry for the guides trying to manage all the messes.
Explored the best of 3 beautiful destinations, indeed! They have a very humble staff who help you at every step.
I took this trip expecting to see a lot, four countries in 10 days. Knowing we'd be on the move was expected and I was looking forward to getting to see so many locations on one trip. My trouble started early on tho, with a delayed flight causing me to miss my transfer to the airport. I'd communicated with the tour company, who insisted it was my fault and I had to take a taxi at my own expense to the first hotel. Not a great way to start a trip. The hotel we stayed at started an unfortunate trend, as every one is far outside the city center and quite dated. Black mold in showers was common, as was one power outlet per room and no air conditioning/windows that didn't open. I understand options to lodge so many people may be limited, but moldy bathrooms and hot rooms aren't acceptable at this price point. The locations being far from city centers prevent you from going out in the city at night to have nice meals/shop, and there are often no/very limited food options near these hotels and even they may be closed by the time you reach hotels. Perhaps an upgrade to nicer hotels could be offered. Also unfortunate is the bus that you are sometimes on for 5+ hours at a time to reach different countries has no wifi, even though its advertised to have it, and there are no power outlets at your seat. Having said all this, I felt the sites themselves were beautiful and amazing. I loved the cities we saw, and felt this trip helped me plan where to come back to and spend more time. Grindelwald and the Alps were a big highlight.
