This was such an awesome experience for me. So well organized , kudos to the administration and staff. The comfortable transportation with experienced drivers even in inclement weather was so appreciated, I felt safe. A great experience. Perfect for the travellers who want a dynamic experience with the highlights of Europe. I was advised not to book this tour by locals, however, I am glad I booked it because all their concerns were invalid. In order to gain maximum experience, do your research from before. Plan your free time and don’t be late for the bus, other peoples time is just as valuable as yours.

I had an amazing trip and Travel A Time to Remember is worth the experience. I saw some iconic monuments, mountains, lakes and made some wonderful friends.

Travel A Time to Remember was worth the trip because I had the opportunity to know the names and meanings of the countries, cities, mountains and lakes of the places we toured and also visited some iconic monuments. A visit to the magnificent Eiffel Tower and boat cruising on the Seine River and cable car riding to the mountain at Grindelwald to do cliff walking was awesome.

Overall, the trip was amazing, especially due to Gabi, Filipo local guide and Marianos efforts. Sadly, Fabrizio allowed for our minor son to be sat away from the mother, which caused him quite some stress, as it is ideal in asian families to be together when there is a minor child of tender age experiencing a full length travel with mostly adults. We would have appreciated a little more compassion in this regard. The Asian and especially Philippines market of travellers value family-orientedness in any organization/establishment, and we are just so grateful that Gabi always emphasized this value to all those families on the same trip. Congratulations Europamundo. We hooe to feel and see even greater improvements soon Thank you for a winderful time to remember indeed

The trip should be rated even higher on account of our lovely tour guide, Gabi. She is an asset to Europamundo and definitely a class act of a guide. Her sincerity, consistency, personal touch and thoughtfulness all throughout her time with us is unmatched, and we would definitely go on a trip withEuropamundo again with her as soon as our schedules would allow. Eva was very very good but not ISOLDA. Isolda seems to be unsure and unprepared at the time of the trip. There was a time that we have to book ourselves inside the hotel since She was tired for the day due to the drive. I hope that her ISOLDApersonality would improve for the better

Eric was the best tour guide EVER He knew how to connect to his audience and didn’t need much effort to get our attention. We were all disheartened when he was asked to fly to Florence the night prior our last tour day We wanted to end our tour properly with him but was so sad we didn’t get the chance. Lionel was great too but was a bit less visible. There were no clear directions which made us miss Eric more who would repeat 100x on the time and place to meet. We appreciate the extra tips and google pins Most hated hotel in terms of breakfast is NILHOTEL as obviously there’s a discrimination between “tour groups” and regular guests. In terms of rooms and service, LUGANO is the worst as some rooms had ACs and some didnt wish it was the same for all and food choices were few too. The best would be, no doubt, ZURICH RADISSON - from the friendly staff to delicious breakfast, awesome room with many extras wish there was a bidet though down to the facilities, HANDS DOWN the best hotel. I love all the tours and optional ones but i was sad that we didnt go to Jungfraujoch in Switzerland Was really expecting to experience snow for the first time. Overall, super love our experience with Europamundo Unforgettable first time stay in Europe 100 would recommend ERIC

The guides were amazing and I loved that in most locations we had a local guide to provide very detailed information and history. Eva is a gem and is a great ambassador for your company. Wish we had her for the entire tour. Silvia was also great - but only had her for one day. Would have preferred to have just one tour guide for the entire trip.

However, our experience deteriorated when we departed Zurich for Paris and our tour leader got changed. There were a lot of delays, miscommunication and chaos in the organisation. Even the local guide for Paris was below par as compared to other local guides in Paris. I wish Gaby continued to be our tour leader, we would have definitely had a great experience then.

Overall, the trip was enjoyable as we comfortably visited numerous cities. I must highlight our tour guide Eva, who provided excellent guidance from Rome to Zurich. She efficiently addressed everyones needs and requests, including providing information on weather conditions, attire suggestions, and local specialties, in addition to general instructions. However, I must mention that the hotel in Paris Novotel Est was disappointing. It was located far from the city center and lacked convenient access to the metro for direct routes to the city. Additionally, there were limited dining options nearby, and the area did not reflect the charm of Paris. The hotel itself appeared rundown.

What I liked the most was that tour guides Eva, Guetano Veronica were all accommodating and patient, also our driver, Jawoo, was always cautious for our safety, making our tour relax and memorable.

I was able to meet new friends that includes Eva our very first tour guide, she is very accommodating and cheerful. There are a few passenger negligent of the time set by our tour guides….

Little bit mismanagement by guide in Florence and we had traumatic experience due to that Otherwise it was all good I already tried but they aren’t responding. While we were in Florence we were supposed to be back in the bus by 5:45 PM, but bus moved by 5:34 confirmed by co passengers and it was heavily raining, we were coming from Rome and bus also had all our belongings and luggage. So we had to go to hotel on our own in the rain, without any network and internet and spent 40 euros in cab. The guide apologised the next day but they aren’t giving me the refund.

Excellent tour guides. Extremely helpful and professional

The tour Guides were excellent Patricia, June and the tour guide in France were just awesome.. they took personal care of all passengers, were very cooperative and paid attention to details. They were punctual and covered all itinerary given in the brochure. However the hotels were below par, especially Ergife hotel in Rome.. that is the only complain from this trip and must be looked upon seriously by Europamundo. Rest was all fantastic and we are planning to book again with Europamundo.

We enjoyed the free time as we took advantage and saw things of interest to us. We LOVED our tour guide Gaby, and the knowledge she was able to provide Her attitude was AMAZING and always had helpful tips that just made the trip worth it She made us feel like family, so much that we felt sad when we parted ways I can say without a doubt she was an important part of the trip and she makes us want to go back and travel with Europamundo.

We enjoyed that we had free time to do our own exploring.

Ignacio and Gaby made the tour extremely pleasant. They both very professional and I can see they went out their way to meet the needs of every customer. It’s noted that Gaby is very experienced and that Ignacio learned well from her she was his mentor. Flor, another guide was extremely helpful as well. They should be recognized by this company.

My trip to Europe by Europamundo is really a Time to Remember. Amazingly great Everything is in order, from my travel agency, information, documentation, daily itinerary, hotels, to transfers. We are well taking care of by our tour guide Julio and Javier, they’re the best Thank you Europamundo

We had a lovely time with Europamundo Was worried as we did read some negative reviews prior the trip and we did have a slight hiccups in the beginning but everything turn out well as the days goes. Was worried about whether i can understand the tour leaders english and it was a pleasent surprise that Javier speaks excellent English. Both Julio Javier gave good explantions and stories along the way and it definately makes the trip more interesting. Thumbs up

We were able to visit the places we wanted to see. It was a smooth journey although at the beginning of the tour, it wasnt oragnized. The guide was still figuring out things. We waited for the local guide who was late and waited for the purchase of tickets which could have been purchased ahead of time during our free time prior to meeting up again with the guide. At the beginning, the tour wasnt catering for the age of my mom because the local guide wasnt checking on us. She just continued walking without checking if all her participants are able to follow her. Everyone in our trip said about it that they were having a hard time catching up with the guide even if they are younger.She was so much in a rush that I even told my mom when we were at the Imperial forum to stop stressing herself in looking for the guide because we are not able to enjoy the trip. We stopped looking for the guide and just walk and enjoy looking on our own at the imperial forum. Other than that, everything was enjoyable Another comment that I would like to give is the hotel at Switzerland - Demero.. it is too small for so many tourists They could not accommodate us during breakfast It was a chaos No place to sit. Other touristz from other buses did not fall in line in taking their food. Some were not able to eat. I suggest do not use that hotel. It is too small. The Eating area is too small to handle such big crowds.
