over all experience was very good. the tour guides namely Miss Sophia, Miss Ysolda, Mr Gorka Mr Raid are very reliable and took good care of our safety and the group. especially Miss Ysolda , there was a time when an old Indian couple got lost in the train terminal in Zurich, they are not from our group but Ysolda help them find their way and reunited with their group. Mr Raid was so funny , energetic very nice to be with during long drive. Lastly During the City Bus Tour, each country i was hoping that we might be given a time to go down the bus to have some decent photos, but its ok i understand as we are in a Big Group. Thats fine. no problem. Thumbs Up to the rest of our Tour guides and Well Done EUROPAMUNDO Till we meet again Thanks
