Had an amazing time in Japan! The only thing we can say which really wasn’t a challenge as such, was that on our last morning we were being picked up for the airport before the hotel’s breakfast time and we had already paid for that meal. So we had to purchase breakfast elsewhere. Onsens are always a great experience. All three trips that we have booked with you previously have all been a great experience

Surprisingly surprise. I took a Vietnam tour with this company before, and this time I chose an itinerary starting from Thailand. I have to say the quality remains just as excellent! We were concerned that my husband wouldn't have enough activity, but that wasn't the case at all. We were able to visit local villages, and go for walks or short hikes daily. It was wonderful.

Upon arriving in Bangkok, we received efficient and professional support. I especially enjoyed the wild experience at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary. I was really looking forward to the lantern release experience in Chiang Mai, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. However, overall, it was okay. The agency constantly checked in to ensure that any changes went smoothly. I like it!

The road to Hana was our favorite day planned by Collette. We also enjoyed learning about the wars that finally unified the islands under King Kamehameha 1 and visiting the Iolani Palace. We took excursions on our own - whale watching on Maui and a helicopter ride over Kauai. We were supposed to visit HI in 2023 for our 50th anniversary, but the fire on Maui caused the trip to be canceled. So, 3 years later we finally visited our 50th state!

I did this tour and really enjoyed it. The itinerary was packed but fun. Beaches, islands, waterfalls, a bit of culture, and some beautiful nature spots. Saona Island and Los Haitises were my favorite parts. The guides were friendly, the transport was comfortable, and everything was well organized, so I didn’t have to worry about planning anything. It’s a great option if you want to see a lot of the Dominican Republic in a short time. Overall, super solid tour and definitely worth it!

I just returned from my recent trip to the Dominican Republic (November 2025). It was a last minute trip and I went Solo. As a woman, who traveled alone, it was vital to find an organized way to enjoy the Dominican Republic for safety and best use of my time. I found Charlie the Traveler, who's organization had a 6 day itinerary available for me. The price was very worth it. They arranged all the airport pick up and drop off, hotel arrangements and all the day trips. The excursions were very diverse and gave me the opportunity to see many of the important landmarks in just 6 days. I wish I had stayed longer but I had to go back to work. I got to see the beaches, mountains, caves and historical locations. We went to Santo Domingo, Punta Cana, Saona, and many other places. I highly recommend using them whether it's a solo or group trip. We communicated via Whatsapp everyday and they always checked in on me and were available if any issues arose. I would definitely use their services again with my friends or family or solo again!

If you’re thinking of going to NZ we found this to be a great tour. There are more optional excursions than I was expecting so you need to allow a good amount of spending money. A list of optional excursions should be made available prior to booking the trip.

My daughter and I spent 9 days of this amazing trip in South Korea. Initially we were wary of using an agency we didn't know. However, Phuong and her team exceeded our wildest expectations. Throughout the planning phase we were provided with accurate and helpful information. Together we decided on cities, domestic transport, hotels & activities. Phuong efficiently handled everything - and her recommendations were excellent. Our 15 day trip took us to Hoi An, Hue and Hanoi - incl. an overnight excursion to Ha Long bay. All hotels were fantastic, selected on their location or facilities, depending on whether we were relaxing or sight-seeing. We were even upgraded in Hanoi. We were in good hands throughout the trip. Vinh and Son were excellent guides. Particularly Vinh's knowledge of the area impressed us. It was luxurious and extremely pleasing to be looked after so well.
