Thailand 8-Day Tours and Trips

Thailand is a well-known travel destination for its beautiful beaches and its diverse culture. That's why I chose Thailand for my first international tour, and it was awesome. Bangkok's temples and Elephant Jungle Sanctuary in Chiang Mai were both wonderful, but the best moment was at Phuket beach. The beach was gorgeous, and the water is warm. Make sure you visit Phuket Old Town and try the special Phuket-style crepe. This was my favorite food from then on. Local people were also welcoming and nice. If you are questioning whether or not to go on this tour - GO FOR IT, and you're not gonna regret it.

It was an amazing experience. Thailand was a wonderful experience and the beaches were all gorgeous. The activities and beaches picked by G adventures was great. I wouldn't change anything about the tour. The Tour leader made it a great experience and made sure our group bonded. We left with new friends and a would definitely use G Adventures again on future trips.

Thank you for arranging such a fantastic trip to Thailand. This was my first ever group tour and first holiday since the pandemic. Our group was really nice and mixed but the stand out of the whole week was our CEO TomTom. She was amazing from the minute we met to saying our goodbyes. What a great way to discover a country with someone so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. She made sure we were all ok, healthy and happy with any suggestions she made. It was so nice to be with someone so full of energy - all week, with 9 of us! And so caring. TomTom also gave us flexibility in what we wanted to do so it really felt like we were friends on a trip with someone who knew what she doing. I would highly recommend a trip like this and I will be looking to book my next tour next year, hopefully l get TomTom again. It’s nice to not have to think about every step of the trip as I usually work out my own itinerary and try to see as much as possible when I visit a country, but this was all taken care of and I definitely experienced things I wouldn’t have been able to were I alone. The quality of accommodation and transport was fantastic as well. See you next year!

I just finished the 9 day tour of Thailand intro and WOW! What an amazing trip- we did such a wide range of activities including kayaking at a national parking, seeing elephants, and doing Muay Thai! Many of these experiences seemed inaccessible in this short time without the help from Intro! The best part of the tour was the group leader, Dan W.! His energy was unmatchable, he was super personable and thoughtful of everyone in the group, and his mastery of logistics was seamless. I appreciated his knowledge of the culture- he answered all my questions and was quick to mention things that he thought I would be interested in! Thank you Dan! You made this trip so memorable! Ida was a group leader in training and I appreciated her being there to help, be a knowledge expert, and a wonderful resource and friend throughout the trip! Highly recommend this trip!

We had a great time exploring the hilltribes. It was a unique experience being able to hike from village to village and experience a true local culture with knowledgeable guides.

Firstly, our guide was amazing the entire trip. Very funny, kind and had brilliant recommendations. The add ons were great, didn’t cost entirely too much and were easy to decide if you wanted to do it prior or not. Would recommend and do again 10/10
