From the get go she was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the trip and was so personable to approach with any questions or issues. It felt like having a good friend as our leader. The trip was so well organised down to a T and we managed to have the perfect balance of fitting so much into the 18 days and also having rest mornings/afternoons to catch up on some chill time. Katie kept us all in line without being bossy and keeping us laughing with her brilliant sense of humour and bubbly personality.
