Overall, I would rate this trip highly. The itinerary was well-designed, allowing us to experience a variety of countries, cultures, and landscapes in a relatively short time. It was a very enriching and memorable journey.
In general, most aspects of the tour met expectations. However, the accommodation quality was somewhat inconsistent. While some hotels were comfortable, others felt quite basic and had minor maintenance issues, particularly in the bathroom facilities. Although these were not major problems, they slightly affected the overall comfort.
As this is a multi-country tour, differences in cultural habits and behavior among travelers are understandable. That said, there were occasions where some passengers were not considerate of others, such as speaking loudly, playing videos without headphones, or eating on the bus while others were resting.
It would be beneficial if the tour team could manage these situations more proactively from the beginning. Notably, during the Italy portion of the trip, the staff handled these issues more effectively, which greatly improved the overall experience.
Despite these minor points, the trip was well-organized and enjoyable, and I would still recommend it to others.
