Very informative very pleasant very relaxing
Diego was amazing to accommodate us in very difficult circumstances such as making sure that we could sit together on the bus. The Spanish tourists were so rude to us and refused to move and called him racist which was very unfair to Diego and untrue. Because of so many Spanish people the last 2 days were very stressful and tiring. It made it very hard for Diego having to speak 2 languages and look after a large group. The white Portugal bus had an out of order toilet because someone pooed everywhere. Even after 1 week it still wasnt cleaned. That doesnt feel to be very hygienic as we are breathing in the same air. The Argentinian people and Mexico couple especially were very nasty to us. And some of the others pushed some of the ladies out of the way when getting off the bus. It was a bad idea to mix first and third world people. Veronica and Olina were fantastic too. Both very professional, knowledgeable, caring and accommodating everyones needs. Veronica was put in a tough spot having to send me in a taxi to a different hotel to everyone else on the tour. The taxi went to the wrong hotel and I had to walk 20 minutes in the rain. Most of the hotels were good but the Mecure DOrleans and Ergife were unacceptably poor. The breakfasts at both were below my standards. I dont eat cold egg, bacon, pancakes and stale cake and bread. The Ergife had no hot water and the room was very old and dirty. Please pass this feedback on to the manager.
The tour guide Eva was fantastic and I found Rene Guia both enthusiastic and caring. noting that he took extra care with our disabled tour members, he was quick to learn all our names and took an interest in each of us.he also went out of his way to arrange for us to see Moulin Rouge I found Patricia very difficult to understand and not helpful. It was difficult in Paris when half the bus tour members were in another hotel over an hour away from the other hotel, wasting the limited time that we had in the city. It was also sad and many of the people on the bus were upset as we didnt get to see the Eiffel tower at night.
I liked the guided walking tours in Italy that used radios, the Grindelwald day was lovely, our tour leaders Gaitano and Antia were great
