It was great...the tour guide was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Saw a lot of sights and would highly recommend.
The hotels were wonderful, especially the Crown Plaza in Rome.
The only negative was the dinner at the Florence hotel....very disappointing and tasted like cafeteria food.
