The trip was excellent and even better than I expected .

Well planned trip which ensured we covered many places during the trip duration.

We, Sheetal, Alpa, and Sheila, had a fantastic and most memorable trip to Italy, organized by Europa Munda in association with SOTC. The experience was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. I Sheela Darbarwould like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Nimisha and Mr. Gadhvi for their unwavering support and encouragement. Despite the last-minute challenges with my visa and passport, they assured me everything would be taken care of. Their confidence inspired me to pack my bags and head to the airport even without these essential documents in hand. Remarkably, I received my visa and passport at Mumbai airport, making the trip possible. This experience has significantly enhanced my and my friends respect for SOTC. Their professionalism and reliability have convinced us to recommend their services to others without hesitation. Additionally, the staff at Ahemdabad office deserves special mention. They were extremely polite, gentle, and reassuring, standing by their commitments and delivering on their promises with utmost confidence. Regarding Europa Munda, the entire journey was impeccably organized. The bus, guide, driver, and timely execution of the tour were all impressive. Our guide, Patricia, added a unique and spiritual touch to the experience by starting each day with a moment of gratitude to the Lord for the blessings in our lives and for those who have positively impacted us.Even our driver Mr.Dionisio was very patient, gentle and had great control on his steering and the bus. Ours was a very small group of passengers from the various parts of the world and we had knitted into a family and took care of each other and enjoyed each others company. Overall, this trip will remain etched in our memories as a testament to the exceptional planning and care provided by Europa Munda and SOTC. There are a few suggestions to make your tour even more friendly and comfortable : 1 The optional tours should be included in the actual cost so all remain together, as Italy is so rich in its ancient Heritage and has preserved it very well. 2 The standard of the hotels can be upgraded and atleast there should be water facility and cattle for tea in the room. EM should take care of this while making an agreement / basic facilities to provide to customers. 3 To provide Wi-Fi in the bus if possible Thank you ??

I am extremely happy with the excellent services provided by Europamundo Vacation team. The tour guide Paula Lopez Vinuesa and Junjie Li are professional, kind and knowledgeable. They made considerable effort to help me re-issue an emergency passport. It was an unforgettable travel experience and I highly recommend booking with them

not enough free time / late nights and therefore no chance to use any hotel facilities no stores or restaurants available / made some unnecessary stops in some small villages

It was a few days too long and we needed some free time and less late nights

That I got to see many cities, but the tour got off to a poor start waiting for our bus on day one for over 4 hours with lots of miss information in between.

Our tour guide Filippo is excellent. Some of the hotel are below 4 star.

The Guide Antonio, was superb, as he being a English speaking guide, everything made sense, or else with majority being Spanish crowd, it would be difficult. He is superb and very kind and helpful. Because of him we were totally relaxed in our trip and enjoyed all the moment. There were 2 disappointing things 1 AUDIO GUIDE WAS GIVEN TO US IN VATICAN INSPITE OF SELECTING A GUIDED EXCURSION, WE PAID PREMIUM FOR THE PREMIUM SERVICE AND NOT FOR AUDIO GUIDE, THAT EVEN WE COULD HAVE MANAGED AS MARGIANL COST. AND B HOTELS IN MANY PLACES WERE NOT OF 4 STAR CATEGORY, SECONDLY IN VERONA YOULL HAD ALL YOUR OTHER TOURS ALSO IN ONE PLACE, THE DINING ROOM WAS SMALL FOR BREAK FAST, AND THE HOTEL STAFF WAS LEAST BOTHERED TO SERVE EVEN THE BREAD AND FRUITS, AND IN SOME TIME WE ALL HAD TO LEAVE, AS IT WAS LONG DRIVE THAT DAY. PLEASE CHANGE THE HOTEL, AND DONT PUT ALL YOUR MULTIPLE TOURS IN 1 HOTEL AS IT CREATES CHAOS AT THE BREAKFAST, AND HOTELS ARE NOT HAPPY TO SERVE EUROPAMUNDO GROUPS, THAT WE OBSERVED IN MOST OF THE HOTELS. SO AS GUEST IT IS DIFFICULT, AS WITHOUT BREAKFAST WE HAD TO LEAVE.

It was a great experience, would do it again for other regions. Our tour guide was very thoughtful, considerate, kind, and great tour guide. Loved the sites.

The only negative of the trip was the April 18th excursions we booked. The local guide for the Vatican museum, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peters Basilica was absolutely terrible. I believe her name was Cristina and she was rude and completely disrespected the English speaking participants. She tried to get rid of about 8-10 of us 3or 4 times. We had to cancel the 2nd excursion to the fountains and gardens because there was no English speaking guide available and after the previous excursion listed above we sure werent going to go through that again. Fortunately. after that bad experience everything else was excellent the remainder of the tour. All other local guides we encountered were outstanding and very informative.

I absolutely loved the traveling to so many different places both small and large cities. Our guide, Antonio Rivera, was EXCELLENT He was both English and Spanish speaking and some Portuguese was always available for help if we needed it The transitions by boat, ship, train back to our bus had to have been a lot of work for our guide, but you would never have known it, because he was always so positive and available for us His enthusiasm for the culture and history of Italy was very contagious Overall, we had a fantastic time and met so many interesting people of different cultures; friends that we will always remember stay in contact with throughout the years.

A very organized trip fron itineraries, logistics and airport transfers. Our most favorite experience was the Gondola ride in Venice accompanied by a singer and a musician.

Experienced tour guides, humorous good explanation over all we enjoyed the tour well. Small request next before dropping tourist at the hotel stop at convenient stores to buy necessary things. Thank you i Europamundo will be my choice for next vacation.

Hotels need to improve in some cities in Italy.

I think some of the hotels need to be better quality. I understand hotels aren’t luxury but some were in very bad shape. I think I liked the Spanish tour guide better then English. Besides that we had a great trip.

The main and only issue we faced was because of multiple languages in the bus and guides.. There was never enough time for both languages. The bus was essentially Spanish with just 4 english speaking people. So, there was always a rush job with English commentary. This was worst especially in Rome and Pompeii.. For my next trip, this would a big factor in deciding whether or not to go with Europamundo.

We enjoyed the variety of locations visited and the different excursions. It was nice to have local guides and experts at different locations. We appreciated the daily breakfast and usually air conditioned buses. The transportation to and from the hotel at the beginning and end of the tour was convenient. The consistent guide/host for the whole tour was appreciated.

This was a wonderful highlight tour We experienced the best of Italy. Although, we wished we could’ve spent more time in each city we packed a lot into 16 days. Our guide was awesome Everything was beautiful and fun The food was amazing

First, Francesca was great, 100 top notch, great personality, very helpful. I would not want another guide other than Francesca. Some suggestions are, hotel bed in Verona is horrible, only 2 languages on tour bus,other nationalities have own conversations while we try to listen to our language increase price a little and max of 25 people, local guides need to be only 1 language, more time in Milan.

We had the pleasure to have Alejander as our circuit tour guide. He was very polite, nice, and had knowledge of all. Alejander is a great asset to your company and thanks for making our vacation an unforegetable experience.

I love the itinerary of this 16 day trip of Amazing Italy. Our tour director Manuel was very friendly, fun ,kind and knowledgable and our magician driver Alfredo kept us in awe when he can maneuver the bus in small spaces and he kept us safe at all times. The price was very good. The chosen cities was good, the tour guides were knowledgeable the bus driver was very good and very helpful. The best I have seen in the many tours I have been.

I enjoyed the variety, small medical towns versus large cities with must see sites. The group size was small making it more individualized. The presence of free time to explore on your own was beneficial.

Our guide Emanuel was wonderful. He explained the schedule and has a wealth of knowledge to share. He honored our free time and respected our choices. I would travel with him anytime

I booked this trip through Indus Travel. Daniel Hughes changed our plane from United to Delta and did not inform Europamundo. When I asked him about the names of the hotels we were staying, he told me don’t worry, someone will meet you in Rome airportt. The link he sent me for my trip belinged to someone else. So, when we arrived in Rome no one met us. We were stranded for 7 hours there. We waited 7ntil it was morning in Canada to call Daniel. Still, he gave me a wrong tel. No to call. The airport police helped us to charge our phone etc. It was a nightmare

Very good itenerary. However, Jthat Indus would subcontract out the tour in Italy to Europamondo we would definitely not have booked this tour. While the itinerary was perfect it was incredibly annoying to have 2 tour guides giving the same explanations of the different locations we were visiting on the bus rides in 2 languages so Europamondo can save money One speaking in English and one repeating the same explanation in Spanish. We had to listen to this for 14 days At times what seemed as long as 15 to 20 minutes each speech. We personally, were actually asked to keep our voices down during the Spanish explanations yet the Spanish speaking people who complained behind us would talk during the English explanations. You can let your management know we will be putting this review on TripAdvisor when we return home. Just so you know we are retired and travel internationally extensively on tours every month. We have never had this bilingual experience from any other tour company trafalgar, friendly planet, gate1, Fleetway, Tauck, etc. We are not inexperienced travelers.

You can’t hit the browser back action on these pages without losing the partially completed survey...... : The itinerary was excellent and the reason why I selected this tour. It provides coverage of all regions of the country including cities, coastal/lake regions and historical villages. There is adequate time provided at all locations, and guide/s are helpful in explaining what to see, where to eat etc. This would be the best coach I’ve been on with a guided tour company - helpful having power stations next to seats and seats are large and comfortable. We had a dedicated English guide which was helpful as 95 of the group spoke Spanish and hard to follow what’s happening when it’s in another language Originally I was concerned we would miss out of the detailed information on the tour, so it’s great Europamundo provided this service. The guide Antonio was excellent and took the time to show our small English group various sites and monuments of interest. He was well informed of the history and knowledgeable - at one stage I asked someone ask “what tree is that?” and the answer was given ha Check in and itineraries were also to plan and on schedule. I felt like we could 100 trust our guide during the tour, was super reliable, and always willing to support with any queries. On a number of occasions I chose not to follow the standard itinerary in some locations, and Antonio was helpful in providing info on alternative sights in the area namely Burano and Torcello in Venice. Having a guide who has extensively travelled themselves is extremely helpful to share personal insight on where to visit and local culture. Even though we did not have Manu as our dedicated guide as he was assigned with the Spanish part of the group, he was extremely helpful and always friendly. I never felt like it was two separate groups travelling on one trip, and the coordination/collaboration between the two guides delivered a seamless journey. The Europamundo orange jacket is actually very helpful in being able to locate the guide at meeting points easily This is my second Europamundo trip, and the itineraries allow flexibility to spend time seeing the locations via tour and independently. Great they give time in the town centres too at night on some occasions for more meal choices ie not stuck in hotel at 5pm like other tours do. Overall I would give the trip 10/10...the guide/s, places visited, organisation were all superb...however...three areas of feedback; My transfer pick up on the first day was an unmarked individual/vehicle who had my name but gave no other details... I was not able to identify by brand association the pick up was with Europamundo and not a random stranger trying to get me into their car. With a previous transfer on a past Europamundo trip, the driver had signage. The driver was lovely though so not a criticism on him. I was given a room in the Florence hotel 2xnights with a single bed, even though a single supplement was paid. I would assume this covers a double room to pay for the additional charge as part of the tour package. The dinner meal is Salerno hotel was terrible, almost inedible Check out in Ergife was a little less friendly than my first experience with them. And there was unnecessary questions from an individual while I was trying to ask directions at the front desk...I don’t know if he was another guide or a staff member but he was asking about Europamundo. Our tour guide, Encarni Ruiz was amazing and very personable, as well as helpful. The optional boat trip around Capri was beautiful and refreshing.
