If you’re interested, you can also visit the tomb of the poet Antonio Machado. In the evening, we’ll arrive in Carcassonne, considered Europe’s finest fortified city. We suggest taking a nighttime stroll to admire the beautifully lit walls and enjoying dinner at one of the many charming restaurants in the Cité.
