Thank you. Your plan worked well. It was good to see my luggage at every stop on the way. The hotels were great and the Rural Group A were fantastic. Thank you again. Regards, sore feet!

We did the Sarria to Santiago part of the Camino. 1st night accommodation excellent. Jorge has very welcoming, amazing host. Orange juice in goblets was a special touch of luxury. Our accommodation included stays in albergues, hostels, villa and hotels which were fine. Two of the villa type stays were exceptionally, even had a 4 poster bed in one. Breakfasts were varied in quality, in particular the Morgade staff were very snappy to all guests, not friendly at all. Dinners were varied, some were very well presented some very basic. Luggage transfers were always on time. The staff were always very helpful.

For her 75th birthday, our mom asked that her four adult children accompany her on the Camino de Santiago. We chose this 10-day Sarria to Santiago Rambler trip for our group of beginning-to-moderate level hikers—and we are so happy that we did! From the start, the team was prompt, thorough, and incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions. Their online portal was easy to use, and their reminders about due dates and registration details were clear and considerate. The documents and tools they provided gave us exactly what we needed to complete the Camino successfully and with ease. The majority of our accommodations were beyond our expectations in both comfort and style. The food—aside from one meal—was amazing, plentiful, and deeply satisfying after a day’s walk. All of the accommodation partners were lovely to interact with, and our luggage transfers went off without a hitch. Even a planned family transfer (due to limited lodging at one stop) was handled smoothly and seamlessly. It was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. We’re already considering doing another leg of the Camino, and if we do, we’ll definitely go with them again. Highly recommended to anyone planning a self-guided walk on the Camino de Santiago! ~A Perfect 75th Birthday Camino – Thank You!

The walk was well organized, mostly great accommodation and very adequate meals.

AnonymousOn Sep 16, 2025

It was an incredible experience and a ‘bucket list’ item to walk the Camino.

AnonymousOn Jul 8, 2025

It was well organised and catered for all that I had asked for.

AnonymousOn Jun 4, 2025

The accommodations were perfect, the length of each day met out needs and the trip was exactly as described.

They delivered completely with the planning, information dissemination and support for our trip walking the Camino de Santiago in Spain- Sarria to Santiago. We were travelling with friends and intially there was some difficulty in being able to secure the same accommodation for all overnight stays. They perservered and were successful in finalising the same accommodation for us and our friends. The acommodations were of high quality. Everyday our luggage would be waiting for us when we arrived at the next accommodation. The detail of the route descriptions and destinations was exceleent as was the helpful hints for the walk. Thank you! We certainly recommend the 11 day Camino Rambler self guided tour.

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation and transfers. Everything went smoothly, however, it would have been more useful if our accommodation destination in each place was specific. We had to walk much further to reach our destination. Apart from that, the whole trip was successful and we have no hesitation recommending them to our friends.

We enjoyed every minute of our walk. Accommodation, luggage support and meal inclusions also very good.

AnonymousOn May 27, 2025

It was an amazing experience. Loved every minute.

AnonymousOn May 22, 2025

The Camino Rambler was very well organised and all the arrangements worked perfectly.

AnonymousOn Mar 28, 2025

All well co-ordinated. Pick ups came without fault. A rambler is ideal for those of average fitness over 60. All hotels were of good to top quality. These venues should be retained and nothing of a less quality be allowed.

Accommodation, luggage transfers and accommodation selection was excellent. Anthony was helpful all along prior to the trip. I would recommend them very highly.

Our trip from Sarria to Santiago Rambler has been seamless, and most enjoyable as we only have to concentrate on the walking itself - all coordination of accommodation and our luggage transfer has been well arranged by the team - Thank you!

AnonymousOn Oct 29, 2024

The hotels were very nice and the luggage was transferred seamlessly. Wish I had booked another day in Santiago, and also the second to last day was 18 kilometres, wish it had not been so far. The food provided by the hotels ranged in size and quantity and quality. Definitely liked some more than others.

My husband and I did the self-guided tour from Sarria. Overall the accommodation was fabulous and the food was excellent and far exceeded our expectations. There were a couple of exceptions, the dinner at Hotel Carlos 96 in Mellide was pretty ordinary as was the dinner around the corner from Trini 20. When we first arrived in Sarria, we received an envelope with two luggage tags and two Pilgrim Credenzas. There was no "welcome message" or a map to tell us where to find the start of the Camino, although it was evident fairly quickly and easy to find but a bit daunting at first to just find the tags and Pilgrim Passports. Carlos 96 in Mellide had two lots of double glazed windows but the noise from the main road was pretty bad. The path is very well marked and easy to follow. But we really enjoyed our trek, it was awesome. Further, I would just like to clarify that the food provided by Trini 20 which was breakfast was absolutely amazing. However we received a food voucher her for dinner around the corner, and the food was pretty ordinary there not at Trini 20. The accomm and food at Trini 20 was amazing.

Trip was amazing, well organised.

Wonderful Bucket List Trip!

AnonymousOn Oct 8, 2024

A good amount of walking for a reasonably fit person. However, I would highly recommend either a longer walk or more kilometres per day to really make the most of the experience.

The Rambler was the perfect option for us. We were able to keep up with the mileage while enjoying the journey. Had time to take the scenery, and do a few detours. Our accommodations were delightfully varied including some very unique hosts with spectacular accommodations.

We were all very satisfied. Our Camino was a seamless, worry-free experience, thanks to their choice and variety of places to sleep, as well as their delivery of our luggage each day. The Rambler was perfect for us, giving us time for detours to amazing historical sites, while knowing we would arrive at our next stop with time to relax and enjoy the moment, making new friends and eating well! You answered all our questions before departure, as well, and provided the information we needed to take with us.

We undertook and completed the Sarria to Santiago Rambler from 5-16 August 2024. The Rambler was a great way to complete the tour because the walks each day were approximately half the sections of the usual work. Our luggage was taken from accommodation to accommodation so all we had to carry was our day packs which was much appreciated in the steeper sections. I am 69 and my husband 75, both in reasonable fitness, and we managed the walk without any issues. I would recommend the Rambler to anyone who has doubts about the distances each day - you also get more time to spend in the town when you arrive.

We had a wonderful trip and it was extremely well organised-thank you! We were lucky with the weather, and we loved the walking, countryside, food, accommodation and people we met. We enjoyed the Pilgrims' Service in Santiago and also visiting this beautiful city. We hope to return to do another walk on another part of the same route or a different Camino route. We would not hesitate to recommend UTracks to others. Thank You!

Excellent lodgings and food.

AnonymousOn Jun 9, 2024

I would recommend them to everyone. Excellent!

Our trip went better than expected. When booking the Camino de Santiago rambler tour, we were told that we might not have an en suite bathroom for all the days we were hiking but it turned out, we had it everyday. When we had trouble with a lodging not offering dinner as expected, I called the number on the reservation and was connected right away to the consultant Matthew and it was corrected to our great satisfaction. We were sure then that they will always have our back.

A lovely ramble!

AnonymousOn May 28, 2024

They're a well organised and efficient company.

AnonymousOn May 21, 2024

Very satisfied except for one restaurant where the staff were rude.

AnonymousOn May 18, 2024

Highly recommend them for this Sarria to Santiago Camino trip. The walk was well planned and accommodation excellent.

AnonymousOn May 15, 2024

Well organised, excellent accommodation. The Rambler option was perfect for those who wanted to spend more time exploring the various towns and villages on the way and walk at a more relaxed pace.

AnonymousOn May 13, 2024

The team did a great job in organising our Camino Rambler. Anthony was our agent and he answered all our questions and kept us well informed and supported us throughout the whole process. We will definitely be doing another Camino with them.

AnonymousOn May 7, 2024

The Rambler was a great way to achieve the final goal of the Camino Frances - closer to 135kms on total. Accommodation was exceptional to normal, luggage transfers all good, trip notes and GPX where required excellent. Really good communication with the team re any issues or queries beforehand, and very responsive. Would go with them again.

AnonymousOn Apr 30, 2024

We really enjoyed our Camino Rambler tour. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and the Parador upgrade in Santiago was beautiful. We had no problems with the luggage transfers. They did a great job all around.
