Please let them know that for many of the hotels the bus does not drop you off at the hotel. There is a lot of walking and if, as in my trip, the tour guide will try to help with transportation for any of the tours.

Saw some very beautiful locations but missed out on the some others.
Meals were all very good as were the hotels.
Walked a lot more than anticipated and had asked about this before booking. Some walks were much more physically demanding and difficult.
The director was knowledgeable but seemed unconnected with the group.

I enjoyed the sites especially the Amalfi Coast . Would have liked more time there to have seen Capri . The optional tour to Positano did not really afford an opportunity to see the village except shop The optional dinner on the Amalfi Coast was wonderful . . The tours in Rome were very informative but would have liked a little time to visit the gift shops
the hotel in Milan was wonderful and the other hotels were adequate .
The bus driver and tour guide were wonderful . I enjoyed this trip but would have liked more free time to explore .

Sometimes the itinerary got changed and it didn’t seem like that was explained clearly. Sometimes it. was confusing what was included in the optional tours and what was included in the actual itinerary.
