“We didn`t have any problem during the trip, everything was perfect but we had problems before the trip with the organizing company. We visited a jade sculpture - jewelry company and it was expensive place, so we didn`t buy anything but pretty cool, we enjoyed it, then we went to Ming tombs and had a great Chinese lunch! After that we had 2 hours at the Great Wall which was enough for us and we had a great time there, the views are gorgeous! We walked up (it`s just 15-20 minutes) and took the slide downward and it was awesome! Then we drove back to the downtown and visited a teahouse where we could try some very nice (and expensive) teas (included in the package) and then back to our hotel. Like i said there was no problem during the trip, car was good, driver was good and the guide was friendly. Before the trip we had communication problems with the company, they didn`t answer to our messages on Bookmundi or to our emails, not even when we called the costumer service! They only replied when someone from Bookmundi emailed to them too on the day of our trip. So we took the trip one day later.”

We found our guides, Vivian and Cindy to be excellent. They were very friendly, polite and had an excellent command of English. They were very knowledgeable on the history of the sites and provided added value by also providing us a perspective of the culture and lifestyle of the local people. They both went out of their way to take care of our needs during the trip. They were very helpful in answering our questions and also assisted us tremendously during our meals by ensuring the staff of the restaurants adhered to our dietary requirements. As I had my 80 year old mother with me, they were very considerate of her requirements, encouraging her to rest and making sure she was safe during the trip. All in all we had a very pleasurable time in Beijing and Xian. We will definitely be visiting China again. On our next trip we hope to visit some scenic sites. I would also like to see either the Yang Tze Kiang or Hwang Ho river! I also would like to thank you for acting very fast in making the late changes I requested to the itinerary at Xian. All in I found this local travel expert to be very professional and efficient. I will certainly use your services on my next trip and will definitely recommend you to my friends and relatives.
