Just returned from 13 days trip to Zhangjiajie-FengHuang arranged by Zeva Yan. Both my daughter and I had a great experience with the trip plan, especially when she professionally handled the last minute change of hotel location to cater our need. This was beyond our expectation. Last but not least, our tour guide lady Olivia, also did a superb job in dealing with my limitation. Every time She tried to find an easier and better route for me with less climbing up down the stairs. She even offered her hand to help me along the way. I am very touch by her patient and caring.
