Costa Rica essentials: they forgot the essentials!

Every transfer was late and required a phone call. On the final day the transfer to the airport didn’t happen. We took an Uber after destination services didn’t reply to two calls The guides at the various destinations who provided services were excellent and always on time. The hotels provided were great and their staff always helpful. Too bad the transfers made the overall experience unpleasant. Their excuses for being late were the equivalent of “the dog ate my homework”. They didn’t care and made sure the client knew it.

Supersaver | Costa Rica Essentials Plus & Manuel Antonio Extension

We booked this tour last minute and really enjoyed the selected destinations. This tour offers quite a diverse variety of Costa Rica's must-sees. We liked almost all of the accommodations besides Rana Roja in Tortugero. Overall everything was well organized and worked out without any problems. However we would have loved to have a little bit more information e.g. are we travelling with a group or not, all pickup times, tour details, add on tours or services and were a little bit disappointed that our group consisted only of the two of us. If you are not a good planner and or you want to save planning time and you are not on a budget, we would recommend this tour.
