Traverse Venice, Barcelona, Leysin, and three other destinations across Italy, Spain, and Switzerland, all with the assurance of included accommodation, meals, and transport. The standout feature of this trip is its balanced approach to walking tours—offering engaging sightseeing without strenuous activity—making it perfect for those who enjoy discovering Europe on foot at a relaxed pace.
All the various venues we had an opportunity to visit were outstanding. I would recommend you leave off Zurich if all we can do there is eat dinner and sleep, and opt to go straight to the next site. Give an extra hour at Pisa so one can climb the tower. There was a three hour wait, which meant none of us had any time to climb the tower since we had less than three hours at Pisa.
We have a very friendly, helpful and patient guide by the name of Gorka.
Overall experience of the tour was good. But the hotels at Zurich and Milan must be changed. Especially the hotel at Milan situated above a shopping mall had very inconvenient access for the tourists. Had to carry luggages in a lift to second floor and carry further to the hotel situated at a distance again. The door locks of the rooms were very difficult to operate. Party celebrations in the hotel till late night were disturbing, particularly because we were asked to obtain ventilation by opening windows because the air-conditioning was not working due to some law. Even fana were not provided when requested. There wasnt anybody to assist or any sign boards about the exit downstairs to board the bus. The lift which was taken to arrive at the hotel les to inside of the closed doors of the mall. The bus ftom Zurich to Rome was not in perfect condition, making rattling sounds of door and window glasses. The driver of the local tour in Rome was talking on mobile phone continuously even when the local guide was explaining details. Even his driving was far from satisfaction. It would have been fare on part of Europamundo to inform about non availability of air-conditioning at hotels in Italy beforehand. Walking tour in Florence as per the itinerary was supposed to be for a period of two and a half hours, which was completed in around an hours time. Accomodation in a hotel at the islands of Venice would have given sufficient time to explore the beautiful place. Even the walking tour there was for a very brief period.
Good tour management. Good guides. Ignacio , Eva were very informative. Eva especially was guiding us for all shopping areas too. Raid was also good.Hotels at zurich and Milan were bad. At zurich the breakfast management was quite bad. Proper cutlery not kept. Do not use this hotel . Milan hotel bad too. We had to walk with our bags from the road thru a mall 2nd floor. Then we had to walk again few meters to reach the hotel for check in . Same for check out too. The door lock system at this hote was very complicated and many of our guests had to face the problem. Euorpamundo should immediately stop using this hotel. The Ac does not work at Italy. This was not pre informed by europamundo. The local bus driver at Rome was not upto the mark. Rough rides. The toilets in all long distance travel bus was not working. The bus between Zurich and Italy was rickety and noisy sounds from windows and doors.
overall everything was great. tour guides were attentive to our needs and well educated.
